⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joshua and Geneva's Volcano Home is absolutely perfect—by far the nicest and most unique Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful serenity of the location. The outdoor shower was a delightful touch, and its proximity to Volcano made it ideal for exploring the area. We truly cherished the chance to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and reconnect as a family. Joshua was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, offering fantastic recommendations for family-friendly activities and sharing insider tips that enriched our visit. The thoughtful attention to detail in the house was evident everywhere, with so many little touches that made the space feel extra special. For anyone planning to visit Volcanoes National Park or explore the island, this place is an absolute dream. We can only hope it's available the next time we’re back—we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Beautiful, clean house with a beachy feel. Kids loved the abundant green geckos, spacious yard with tons of birds, and a cute little window seat. We loved the clean house/beds, great windows, well stocked kitchen, peaceful nature sounds and perfect temperature for sleeping. Near a beautiful part of the coast for crashing waves and scenery, and good proximity to volcanoes national park and popular waterfalls. Centrally located but did still feel like we did a fair bit of driving (it’s a big island!) Really enjoyed our stay, and Suzy was super quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely seemed to want us to enjoy the natural beauty of this part of Hawaii. Mahalo!

This place is a great home base for exploring Volcanoes National Park and the Hamakua coast. The house was exactly as pictured. We had no major issues. It did get a little warm in there at night but it was air conditioned with wall mounted and window units. It’s located right off of the main road but was quiet at night. The view is next level…literally right on Hilo Bay. Truly beautiful. Super close to downtown Hilo. You could walk if you want but you’d have to go over the Hilo Bay bridge which can be busy. Jordan was a great host…responsive and extremely helpful. Overall I would recommend this place as a quality jumping off point for exploring this half of the Big Island.

Clean, functional space. Amanda answered all questions promptly. We had privacy in our suite and we were a 7 min drive from Hilo town : ) great Airbnb !

Dawn has a little slice of paradise and the fact that she shared it with us was a blessing. She is very kind and took the time to chat with us and introduce us to her dogs. Her property is extremely resourceful and the work she's done inspired my wife and I. It was a lovely experience

We had a great stay, nice home to come back to. Easy trip to Volcano National Park which we took advantage of several times!

We loved our stay at this peaceful home in a tropical forest. It had everything you could need and was so comfortable. Peggy was great with communication and instructions and any questions that you may have. It was perfect being so close to Volcano National Park. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you for such a great experience.

Just spent 4 nights here and I have to say hands down, the beds were amazing! We had some of the best sleep here. I'm not kidding. Believe the reviews about this! The unit was as described. The lights surrounding the home really helped us easily find it. We got in late and had a few questions, Daryl was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great extended weekend in your home. We felt safe and comfortable. Especially since we left early and came back late after spending time in Volcanoes NP and exploring the beautiful Big Island.

Brenda’s cottage was absolutely stellar. Well equipped, cozy, and clean. Our trip happened to coincide with the 14th episode of the Kīlauea eruption and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! The cottage is less than a 10 min drive from the entrance to Volcanoes National Park so we were able to access it at a moments notice. After long days of hiking and being in absolute awe, we warmed ourselves by the fireplace and rested our weary bones in the hot tub. Waking up to the sounds of the forest and verdant colors was downright whimsical. We CANNOY wait to return! Mahalo for the trip of a lifetime!
