Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Leavenworth

Lovely stay and beautiful home! Really nice backyard and big kitchen. We really enjoyed our time here and so did our dogs! The view from the deck was gorgeous. So grateful to find a place for our dogs to stay on holiday. They absolutely loved playing in the backyard.

Danielle was a wonderful host and her home was the perfect spot for our family as we visited Leavenworth for the Christmas season. The house had everything we needed (our 3 year old was even able to sled a little in the backyard)! She was very responsive and gave some great recommendations for us. i would absolutely recommend this home and hope we can come back as well.

This is our third year at “A Joyful Place”. Greg is always very accommodating, and we feel right at home when we get there! He is always ready to answer any questions we have or provide recommendations we need. Plenty of room for our large group!We do have dogs that we bring along, and they are always welcomed as well!

We arrived during a snowstorm. When we got there Gary was already there ready to plow the driveway. Janice communicated really well, as to how we were doing. The house was immaculate. Comfy beds, a bottle of wine waiting for us. About 15-20 minutes from Leavenworth. The Rock Cafe was good for breakfast; about 5 minutes south on 97. It was a very nice comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

The home was very accommodating and flexible for our needs with ample of things that would help our stay. The owner was also very friendly and helpful, and went out of the way on more than 1 occasion to make our stay as hassle free and convenient as possible. Also, this home would probably give you the best hot tub view with a mountain just meters away from the hot tub. Highly recommend this place and the hosts.

Selah Vivienda was the perfect stay for our short holiday trip to the Cascades! Maggie's place was beautiful, spacious and comfortable (esp the king bed!). We loved the thoughtful touches like the chocolates and toddler toys - our 1.5 year old LOVED them and was endlessly entertained. Maggie was a wonderful gracious host and communicated well. Look forward to booking from her again!

The home was welcoming and easy to stay warm. Lots of blankets were around the home as well. Most of the kitchen trinkets we needed were provided. The bathroom had lots of extra towels and soap. Loved the big mirror in the primary room. We had a lot of fun with the games in the living room. Overall an excellent stay.

Nicely updated condo in the Icicle Village Resort! Downstairs unit was super easy to access and provided the perfect place for our family’s time in Leavenworth celebrating the start of the holiday season.

Gorgeous and welcoming stay that felt just like home from the moment of our arrival. Everything as described in details/photos, but even better in person with so many great surprises: HUGE selection of movies/games, thoughtful welcome basket, popcorn, and a new fire pit just to name a few. We ran out of time to do everything so we definitely plan to come back for round 2 here. Celeste is the best host. She was very proactive with providing instructions, gives rapid and detailed responses, and is very thoughtful. Highly recommend her wonderful home.

Beautiful area, especially with snow. A little hard to find without street lights. Perfect place to stay when traveling with only a few people.

What a beautiful, peaceful space - perfect for our family of four. The location can’t be beat for those hoping to spend time in town - less than a 5 minute walk from the main square. Holly is very friendly and proactively helpful. We loved our time here. Thank you!

This is our 4th time going to Leavenworth for the holidays and this has been our favorite airbnb so far! The place is super cozy and had everything we needed. We really wanted to stay longer. The host, Julie, was super friendly and communication was great. This place is an absolute gem....and oh my goodness, the view!!!! We definitely will book this spot again!

Everything about the place was homey and beautiful, definitely will be returning to this stay , even had wrote a welcome card coming in. Felt amazing . And had a amazing stay

We stayed at Fred's place before and loved it so much we made sure to come back! He had little touches that made it feel like home (hot chocolate, cider, coffee, olive oil, etc...) and sleds for us to use on the hills. Instructions were clear and we had a chance to chat with him as we were checking out. He was very friendly and even let us know that we forgot some items in the fridge so that we were able to come back and retrieve them. We will be back and I recommend!

Everything was great for our stay! We had enough space for 5 people and the location was perfect for us! We did only receive one roll of toilet paper for our stay which is not enough for 5 girls so we did have to go purchase our own. Other than that, the host was easy to communicate with and check in/check out was very simple!

Wow!! We had an amazing 3 nights! Her 2 bedroom suite is so roomy, clean, fully stocked with absolutely everything you need to prepare any food you decide to bring. So much fun to be had but in a peaceful and serene setting. We absolutely recommend this suite and renting from Shannon, we can’t wait to come back!! One of our best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had!

Clean, cozy, spacious, comfortable, decorative for the Christmas season. Only con is that it was a little confusing in the dark as how to get to J building after parking you need to walk down the sidewalk past a building to get to J building.

The setting was nice and the location was easy to find and access restaurants and downtown. The location was quiet and the home was clean and had enough amenities for a quick getaway.

This was our first time at Suncadia. The place was nice and clean. Great restaurant and hikes.

Karin’s place is wonderful! My kids and I had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the light December snow right outside the patio. The setting was perfect for some fun outdoor play. Karin was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
