Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Tech

We liked the apartment. The amenities are very good, everything we needed during our multi-day stay (e.g. Coffee maker, several towels and hair dryer). If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out, the answers were always very quick.

Excellent 2-storey apartment, with everything you need. As indicated in the photos and in the description. A terrace that on less cold days will be a wonder to be able to enjoy it. It is recently renovated, everything is new, very nice, very well cared for the details, it makes you feel at home. Samuel is very friendly, quick response and very good willingness.

There were two of us with a small dog at François's place and we had a very nice time for 4 weeks. François was helpful and even gave us orange and lemons from his garden. The location of the accommodation is optimal, quiet but you are on the river Tet and in old town in a few minutes. This place is highly recommended if you visit Perpignan

A beautiful place. Communication with Nicolas is fluid. Access to the listing is extremely easy. Parking this season (fall) is very easy in front of the house. The apartment is spotless. The cleaning fee is actually put in the maintenance. The living room is very bright, and there is everything you need to cook on site. The quiet veranda is lovely. The beach is just a short walk away, and many restaurants were open even in this season. Not really natural spaces to walk the dog around the city, but the beach is huge (and that doesn't take away the quality of the space).

We have been very comfortable in this apartment. We felt at home. I really liked the creativity in the decoration, very original. It has everything you need to spend a few days without needing to think about what is missing to be like in your own home. A garden with trees and space to be cool. Close to pond and downtown. Muuuy recommended

The location is really fantastic - watching the sun rise over the sea from high up in the morning and starting the day with a swim in the magnificent pool, we loved it! In addition, there is a terrace to the apartment that was not mentioned in the description and which we were allowed to use.

Antonia’s house is wonderful! We had an amazing one week stay at Antonia’s and even extended it for two more days because it was so great. She was very kind to advise us on local services and throughout the stay she was always very helpful and responding immediately to our messages. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures, located in a picturesque and quiet street. Supermarket, stores, restaurants, plazas are all walking distance while the beach is only a bike/ bus ride away. Thank you Antonia and Amanda for a lovely stay, we will definitely come back!

Correspond to the pictures and Mariona was super responsive! We were able to be super quiet and highly valued the flexibility of entry and exit of the house. A beautiful super clean home! He turned us on the fireplace and left us wood prepared and it was very nice. The sheets were very hot! In short: to repeat!

We stayed for 10 adults without getting in the way , the house is large and nice in a quiet area with parking nearby. Alexia responds quickly to any questions we've asked her. The village and the environment have a lot of character ,you can enjoy the Vermeille coast and Spain nearby . A great end-of-year stay…

The apartment is superb, great location close to many places. We were very comfortable at all times! The hosts have been attentive to everything, very careful and friendly. I hope to be back soon. Super recommended to stay in their duplex, you will be at home.

Our stay was for leisure. with a 4-year-old. we really enjoyed the surroundings and the apartment. there are little details that make you feel at home. oriol's place is highly recommended. you can tell that every detail is affectionately set. even the quality of sheets and towels are excellent. Brilliant apartment in an excellent location. We stayed for a month and it had everything you could need for a good holiday, comfortable beds, really quiet even when there were live bands on in the town and never had a problem with parking. Only thing that let it down slightly was the WiFi which wasn't great for video calls in our laptops. despite this, it was still a great stay. Wendy was a great host.

I was super good at Francis's place! It is a house that has recently renovated his own mind and with great pleasure! It is in a very quiet village! An hour from the spring romeu perfect for skiing and being quieter when not! It was all very clean and very tidy!!! Thank you for being able to come to your home!!

Fantastically beautiful apartment. Beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. Spacious living room and a kitchen with all the comforts. Beautiful views from the roof terrace. where it was wonderful to eat and relax. Nice hostess and host. There was nothing short of us in the 14 days that we were there. Beautiful quiet area and a great base for days out such as Barcelona, Girona and other cities in the area. Also went to the beach.
