Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Tech

clean apartment and located 2 minutes max walk from the beach. there are several bars restaurants , pizza, caterer...... there were several entertainment on the beach during our stay. Listing is as described, clean and well arranged . We only missed a fan for the night because it was very hot. Kristen welcomed us very warmly and was available. i recommend this place.

Excellent 2-storey apartment, with everything you need. As indicated in the photos and in the description. A terrace that on less cold days will be a wonder to be able to enjoy it. It is recently renovated, everything is new, very nice, very well cared for the details, it makes you feel at home. Samuel is very friendly, quick response and very good willingness.

Montana Park is a magnificent place. The apartment is corroborated with the photos. It has all the necessary amenities. It has a very big and beautiful terrace!

The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need to cook and be well. The AC worked wonderfully and the ceiling fan is also grateful for the night when we stopped the AC. We loved the garden, with its hammocks and night lights, where we could relax when the heat went down and its space with barbecue, where we made a delicious paella. The location of the apartment is very good since Fortià is located right next to the Aiguamolls de l’Empodà Natural Park, and 10 or 15 minutes from the beaches of Empuriabrava and Sant Pere Pescador and very close to Figueres where the Dalí museum is located. It is a very quiet village in the middle of the Empordà plain, surrounded by fields. Morning walks have been magnificent among the fields of sunflowers, cane and cypresses. The hosts , Juleanne and Xavier were very close and attentive at all times and we will keep very good memories of them and our stay their house.

Small apartment, well furnished and clean. It does not have heating, but there is air conditioning. It's close to downtown and easy to park around. Chloé's instructions were clear and we had no problems.

The apartment is beautiful - super cosy and warm, and an incredible view out over the valley to watch sunrises and sunsets. There is a wide space in front of the house for easy parking, and it's within close driving distance of many hikes and walks. Julien provided a great list of recommendations for local activities and restaurants, so my friend and I knew that we would have plenty to do no matter what the December weather :) I would love to come back for a longer stay at another time - thank you, Julien!

We have been staying as a family in different Airbnb’s in Rabós for 20 years. This accommodation met all expectations and was a lovely base for our holiday. As a large group, there was plenty of space and amenities (and the air con was especially appreciated). We loved having dinners around the indoor table and sitting out on the top terrace admiring the spectacular view. One thing to note is to bring kitchen essentials with you I.e. salt, pepper, oil. Other than that, the house was well stocked and was a delight to stay at. Thanks!

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation located in a quiet residence with private parking. The host and co-host were very responsive. Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. We recommend.

Brilliant apartment in an excellent location. We stayed for a month and it had everything you could need for a good holiday, comfortable beds, really quiet even when there were live bands on in the town and never had a problem with parking. Only thing that let it down slightly was the WiFi which wasn't great for video calls in our laptops. despite this, it was still a great stay. Wendy was a great host.

We arrived in Vinca from Toulouse and found Francis' place easily, despite our GPS choosing an inappropriate route through the extremely narrow streets of the medieval location. We soon found an easy access and convenient parking. Francis' appartment is right next to a gate in the remnant of the fortified town wall and has been renovated from a building which probably dates from the 12th century (according to information plaques in the town). The appartment is on the first floor of a complex of 3 or 4 (at least one is being slowly renovated by a neighbour). You really get a feel of the age and history of the place, entering through a ground level courtyard and ascending two small flights of stone steps. Francis appartment is bright and airy with very high ceilings. I think that the originally large space has been partitioned into two bedrooms, a very large kitchen/dining area, a bathroom and laundry room.
