We had a very nice stay in this functional apartment, well decorated and well-equipped, very clean, good bedding. Private parking in front of the windows. We did not regret our choice, we left it with regret. Good relationships with Richard.

This is an excellent and comfortable apartment in a quiet and leafy area of Perpignan. The flat is spacious enough for 2-3 people for a long stay (I went with my husband) and the balcony provides an wonderful outdoor space where to relax after a long day at work. All the amenities are as you see them in the description and the pictures. The public swimming pool across the road is a gem.

Nice stay, fantastic view from the apartment. The contact person at the super attentive destination. We had an incident and they went out of their way to try to fix it. I would just add that the sheets and towels could be included, it would be a great plus to thank. We definitely recommend it!

Good renovated apartment with great location. Just near the beach. A lot of different restaurants around the location. Parking just 2 minutes away. A bit noisy in the mornings, but for sure great place to stay!

The accommodation is clean, tastefully renovated and very functional. It is perfect for a pleasant stay. We stayed there with our 18-month-old baby, but we didn't notice that the children's room was only separated by a curtain, which made it a bit difficult to manage sleep. In addition, it was a bit difficult to adapt the high chair to the bar table for meals. However, the location is ideal, close to the city center and shuttles. The residence is quiet and has a parking space, which is a real plus. Overall, a beautiful experience in a charming setting. Thank you Sarah

we had a great time in Odile's apartment it is very well equipped very well located the residence is very quiet everything is done on foot we were super well received by Odile who had a small gesture of attention leaving us a bottle of water in the fridge as well as a bottle of milk we will go back there it is on I recommend it with my eyes closed

Very clean and functional accommodation. Very nice air conditioning. Very good contact with Ruth and very good hospitality from Virginia. Access to the city center 15-20 min walk but you have to cross the St Jacques district not very safe in the evening (mother/daughter stay for us), plan to pick up the car. We managed to park on the street or the surrounding ones every day.

We (2 adults, 3 children aged 4, 10 and 12) are vacationing in France several times a year and have never had such a great place to stay. If you ever have the opportunity to book this place, do it! The house complied with everything described. The appliances were super well and equipped with everything needed. We leave the house ready with the heating on and the lights open, it was a great detail on your part. We also really liked that there is good quality wifi and it offers a Netflix account. We'll be back for sure.
