our stay at Stéphane's went very well. very good communication, very friendly. The house is great, the park is a treasure for the eyes. The pool is treated with salt so for people who don't like the smell of chlorine, it's perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet. thank you to Stéphane and his wife for their kindness and responsiveness in our exchanges .

We had a pleasant stay at Villa Les Oiseaux d'Amour. Great welcome by Rosie, very thoughtful and kind. Villa as described. The place is conducive to rest and relaxation. I'll go back there with joy.

Everything comes together for a pleasant and relaxing vacation: Very friendly welcome, modern villa, clean, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Spacious enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably. The pool and garden are a real plus!! Finally, our hosts were very accommodating to allow us to make the most of the villa on the first and last day. We were delighted with our stay in this peaceful haven.

We had a great time with the family. The setting is great!!! In this mango season, we were able to fully enjoy them. There was enough space for everyone. (8 people) Villa perfectly matched the photos and was well maintained. The concierge was always available to help us, which we greatly appreciated. A great experience!

We had a great vacation in Guadeloupe staying at the Anjou Creole villa. The house is ideally located, very pleasant to stay in and perfectly equipped. Carine is a thoughtful host, who provides everything necessary for the arrival as well as a very practical manual with all the explanations about the villa, the activities to do nearby and her personal recommendations. She is also very responsive when needed. We would also like to highlight the warm welcome from Philippe as well as the kindness and availability of Valérie, the villa's concierges. We would definitely recommend this property!

Our stay at this beautiful house was absolutely amazing! The home is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every detail was designed for comfort, from the cozy furnishings to the well-thought-out spaces. Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We were superbly welcomed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, consistent with the photos presented, geographically well located for visiting all of Guadeloupe. For us it's a favorite for the whole: the welcome , the presence and responsiveness of Fred when we have questions, the superb house with large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and superb indoor and outdoor lounges. The pool is also great. In one word: we advise you to book because you will be at your best!

It was a pleasure to spend a few days in this beautiful villa. Mickaël and Vanessa provided very clear information and remained attentive during the stay. The villa is very well furnished and very well located.

We had a wonderful week with family. Quiet location in a quiet subdivision where you could hear the dogs of the nearby neighbor, but this was not disturbing, the charm of the campage, what😉. No direct vis à vis. The new and tastefully furnished villa offers a high quality service. The bedding in the 3 bedrooms is great, the air conditioning in each room works very well. The main room communicates with a terrace making the living space even more enjoyable. The pool is a plus and very enjoyable. We were warmly welcomed and a bottle of rum was waiting for us😀. 10 minute drive to beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend!!

Where do you start?! This beautiful villa perched on top of a mountain gives you a breathtaking view with perfect privacy. You will feel connected with nature very quickly. The home was very clean and well maintained. The year of construction must be new. The infinity pool is a big must. The 3 sliding doors that open to give you a view of the sea and the mountains makes you feel like you're outside at all times. The view from the bedrooms with sliding door is also beautiful including one on the pool and the other on the outdoor dining area. The relaxing area outside gives you beautiful coffee moments in the morning. The villa is very well located, close to everything, in the Saint-François neighborhood and even 15 minutes from Sainte-Anne. The host is very responsive and super friendly. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Seriously, I don't have any negative points. Do not wait if it is available BOOKEZ:)

The house is larger than it looks in the pictures and the beautifully designed garden and the great pool invite you to relax. Communication with Carole and Magali was impeccable. In particular: - The plancha - Location near the services of Saint-François - Ideal pool for children (8 and 12 years old) - Hosting by Didier - Surprisingly quiet given the location - The outdoor toilet/shower was very much appreciated by everyone (in addition to the one inside) - The plancha (the cook insists on mentioning it a second time)

We had a lovely week in the villa. Very well equipped very clean, a beautiful garden and a beautiful pool. With a locked gate, it felt safe although the surroundings were very quiet. Olivier welcomed us warmly and was very responsive (a small Wifi problem was resolved very quickly). Beachfront access across the street leads to an easy walk and a small beach. The village of Le Moule is a 5-minute drive away and is rather old and not touristy. Guadeloupeans are very nice and friendly. Close to the villa, try the bakery Histoire de blés! The products are fresh and of high quality. If you want tranquility, Alain's villa is perfect.

Beautiful architect-designed home in a quiet area, however, some problems were noted: unstable door frame (bedroom), difficulties opening an exterior door (bedroom), lack of storage in the bedrooms, exposed electrical cables and electrical malfunction of the exterior lights. Jonathan's parents are very welcoming and responsive when needed. Despite these few remarks, we had a lovely stay at this place.
