The space is incredibly spacious, exactly as shown in the photos, making it a perfect place to stay. One of the standout features is that you don’t need to bring anything from home—the flat is fully equipped with top-notch kitchen appliances, washing equipment, and all essential amenities. Whether you love cooking or prefer ordering in, everything is covered! Platforms like Zomato, Blinkit, and Swiggy are easily accessible, making life even more convenient. The interior is stunning, with modern and impressive decor that creates a cozy yet luxurious vibe. Every little detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Moreover, househelp was very nice. She used to come everyday and kept the house neat and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and high-quality living experience!

The place is exactly like in the picture. well clean and neat apartment with all facilities available. kitchen is also well equipped with all necessities. Fridge and washing machine also available. overall a good place to stay at Pune City and every main places can be reached quickly from there.

Property- Situated in a calm rural environment, the property is a 2 BHK single floor container home with a backyard for activities. One of the highlights is the food provided which is fresh and delicious and we'd recommend choosing this option. They have all modern amenities which are fully functional. All in all it was a good weekend staycation and would surely recommend this for small families. Host- Our host was prompt in replying to our queries. We had a relaxed and comfortable stay. The staff (Kanhaiya, Mangesh and kitchen staff) is polite and always eager to please. They took good care of us and provided help with our babies' food too.

Charan & Amisha were great host's, their property is stellar and the view from the villa is so serene. The villa was super clean, and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The host's left us a cute snack basket in each bedroom, which was a really nice gesture. They also provided us with Milk, water bottles, tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc.. Which made our stay even more comfortable. I totally recommend booking their villa for atleast 2 nights, the property is huge, there is a lot to do and explore around. Also their villa is inside a gated community of villas and there is a restaurant and club house inside which made it convenient for us to order our food. There's also a mini theatre inside the club house to watch a movie with friends. Great place.

Beautiful home! I didn’t feel like leaving this place. My fur babies enjoyed every moment. It’s a haven for pet parents. Viraj is an extremely helpful and soft spoken host. I would like to visit soon.

My friends and I had a lovely time at this villa! It was as described. Even though the location was quite remote, Sharad was very responsive and gave helpful instructions. The caretaker, Dilip was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again! Thank you 😄

The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped with amenities like a great view, comfortable bed and clean. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff was [friendly/professional]. The food was awesome all over a great experience 🙂

We had a wonderful experience at the villa. No better place for a group of senior citizens, all college classmates, to meet with spouses and recall their good old college days. Beautifully maintained property with a touch of vintage look and feel. Host and caretaker made us feel completely at home and ensured that all our pre-checkin requests were taken care of. Overall a highly recommended place.

The place was great. It’s a newly built premise. Secured entry to the building and as soon as you enter you have the elevator to go to your apartment. Very private. The owners are very friendly. The location is great as this is centrally located. Apartment was clean and big enough for a family to enjoy their stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Subhash and Suvarna Mahale are lovely host. We had a nice chat with them and they are very warm and welcoming. Apartment is neat and clean. Only problem is there is no restaurant nearby however if you plan you lunch and dinner then Gold Valley is best property to stay at near Kolad. I would recommend this property to others and Mr. And Mrs. Mahale will ensure your stay is memorable☺️

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy
