A nice place to rest and enjoy with friends. It is located in a beautiful area, quite intimate and has an incredible view from both rooms and especially from the large balcony 🤗 It is located meters from the mountains to the open countryside to explore magical places, gorges, floats and waterfalls and much more; you cross a path of native mountain and the landscape is spectacular On the property of the house there is plenty of vegetation and nice spaces to enjoy the outdoors!

It is a new, bright and very comfortable house, surrounded by a 60 square meter deck, with a grill and a clay oven. It is nestled in the mountains with beautiful views and great tranquility. Located 12 km from Salto del Penitente and 20 km from the source of the Santa Lucía River on the slope of Cerro Arequita. In the center of the Villa, there is a dam with a park and games for children. Guided horseback riding and hiking are available.
