Vacation rentals with a beach view in Latin America

The place was wonderful, quiet, calm neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Responsive hosts. 5 min drive to great restaurants, bars, grocery stores. The house was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 8 adults and 2 kids had an incredible stay at Kiwi in Sayulita! The property was perfect, offering private spaces for couples and kids, as well as spacious communal areas for outdoor dining and poolside fun. We loved the privacy and security, and the location was unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the central plaza and the beach, so no transportation was needed. “The Dock” restaurant, just down the hill, became our favorite spot, offering great food, beach chairs, and amenities for only 150 pesos a day. A highlight was hiring Patty, a private chef, who prepared a delicious Mexican dinner with handmade margaritas upon our arrival. We also recommend pre-purchasing provisions for convenience. Other favorites included Zingarello for amazing Italian food, Mary’s for local dishes, the Chico Loco tour to Isla Marieta, Rose Yoga, and salsa at Don Pedro’s. ATMs run out of cash. Get Pesos from your home bank. Kiwi gave us the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment. The house staff was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Although there were some issues with the water when we were trying to take showers, the staff did remedy the situation. Except for the first time, which was late at night and staff was already gone for the day. Some windows and doors did not lock, but they did provide security as well. The pool was great, but it looks like needs to be refurbished it because the blue paint on the bottom of it temporarily stained our skin. the kitchen staff are mainly the one in there, there is no air conditioning or fan in there and they have to cook with windows and doors open, which brought about of flies. House needs some renovation. Overall we did enjoy our stay very much, the beach and restaurants were walking distance. If you choose to do the chef services, buy your own groceries, because it was pretty expensive $2700 dollars for 6 days 2 meals a day.Electricity was $360 for 7 days.

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

We just got back from a week stay in Roberto’s beautiful home. It was two families - 3 children (ages 5, 7, 7) and 4 adults and we were so comfortable. The house is beautiful, the views incredible, the beds and linens so comfy, everything was so clean and just as described. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool and the hot tub and the adults enjoyed relaxing with the incredible view of the ocean and the town. We rented Roberto‘s Ranger for the week and another golf cart and were very glad we had these. Town is pretty close (about a 15-ish minute walk to the center…not a bad thing considering how crowded and noisy it is at night) but the driveway is steep and the ranger made navigating it easier. We took surfing lessons and went whale watching, but more than anything enjoyed long days on the beach watching surfers, while the kids played in the sand and surf. This week in Sayulita was a perfect reset to start 2024 and this house was the perfect jumping off point.

Absolutely stunning home! It was so beautiful and in a wonderful part of Sayulita. The only thing to note is it’s not in the quietest part of town so you do get some noise at night. It’s very close to the main area of downtown. The master bedroom only has a duvet cover and no duvet inside but the housekeeper probably didn’t know how to use it. They also do not appear to change the sheets every 3 days as advertised. Loved the private pool with ocean views!

House is just as advertised. Clean linens, charming decor and a block from the sea which made us extremely accessible to come and go. The condominium is super quiet and clean and organized. We strongly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa - it truly felt like a luxury resort! We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the perfect space for 8 of us. We took advantage of the opportunity to hire the car service, the chef, the masseuse, and the daily cleaning service was beyond helpful and really elevated our experience. The rooms were not only aesthetically beautiful but contained everything we needed as well. Walking distance to town but still peaceful + able to hear the ocean from the pool and balconies... what more could you ask for? Patrizio & Mark, as well as the property manager Ernesto, were extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I was told multiple times that this was the best Airbnb any of the girls had ever stayed at. We had an amazing trip to Sayulita and in large part that was due to the villa. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed being on the ground floor and able to easily walk out of the patio to access the hotel restaurants, activities (my kids loved the playground and basketball court), and beach. Sofia was very quick to respond when we had intermittent power and a/c issues upon first arriving that were quickly resolved thanks to hotel maintenance. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

We felt very comfortable in Carlos apartment! We've never been to an Airbnb that was so well-equipped. There was nothing missing! We would 100% recommend the place.

The entire setup is great— a beachfront villa with a pool and multiple pools on the grounds — nicely heater and far less crowded than a typical resort. We had a great chef and staff. We went with the intention to explore, but the villa and grounds and staff were so great we really didn’t need to! Thanks Diego, Wendolin, Rosario and Jenifer!

Jose’s place was super clean and exactly like the photos. He was able to accommodate for me arriving quite a bit earlier than the scheduled check in. Location was excellent two minute walk from the metro convenient for traveling to other neighborhoods in Rio. And right around the corner from the beach. Despite being located on a busy street felt super safe with 24/7 doormen. Wonderful stay

I was a little surprised on arrival, I didn't think the building was so little inhabited and under such great renovation. On the other hand, once in the condo, everything was as presented. We were unlucky since the work caused us inconvenience, but Andres did everything we could to make us comfortable. He even went to the hospital to make sure my brother's daughter was properly taken care of. Dehydration. Andres and his team are honest, human, and available people. The place is peaceful, very quiet. Everyone (security guard, maid, cleaning staff are really very kind and attentive to our needs.

The spot and view are amazing and breathtaking. The condo had all that we were looking for - starting with a comfortable bed, which is not always the case in AirBnBs. When there were too many around the pool area, you could go back to your private deck and put on some noise-cancelling headphones. A positive surprise: at the pool, there is a bar where you can order endless... cocktails! The location is quiet after 10 PM, while being very close to the famous Fifth Avenue where all the tourist restaurants are, but you can also wander around it and find some interesting spots. There is also a big supermarket where you can find everything, including a $2,500 wine bottle !, at a 5-minute walk. If you want to be picky, the pool water (in December) was fresh but not cold + we never found a bread toaster.

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

Great place. No complaints. Best location next to everything you need. A heavenly view. A breathtaking beach. In short, you are lucky if you are staying in this apartment.

The place was beyond amazing! The pictures didn’t do justice of the windows opening to the ocean view and sounds. Everything was perfect!!! The people were amazing in the building! Everyone was so nice. I honestly don’t think I could have ever asked for anything better than this. I’m definitely going to make another trip and will be reaching out again

We had an amazing stay! The beachfront location was incredible. The apartment was comfortable, very organized and had everything we need. Although not ideal to be near the highway, the plus was that there was everything nearby including many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and easy to get to the 30a area which is becoming very popular. The beach and beach service on the property were excellent. You can reserve your spot in advance or just show up and they’ll set you up. The beach is very clean, with clear water and excellent swimming conditions. Access to the apartments beach locker was convenient as it had everything we would need like chairs and beach toys for my daughter. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and hope to come again soon.

We had a *fantastic* stay at Casa Kimberly Dawn! The condo is very clean and stylish and has everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. Starting the day sipping coffee on the wrap-around patio and taking in the morning view of Banderas Bay was fantastic. This is an amazing apartment and we hope to stay here again when we're back in PV.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

What a sweet stay on the beach in St. James for our family of four. Calm, clear waters for swimming up and down the bay, soft sand where the kids collected shells, and dining, reading, chatting and unwinding on the terrace with lovely ocean views. The apartment is large and gracious with care and quality throughout. We used the well-appointed kitchen in addition to dining out in the nearby restaurants in Holetown. The building staff are very friendly and helpful, welcoming us upon arrival and tending the beach and setting up chairs and umbrellas daily. Tim was informative and responsive as we dialed in our dates, and ensured everything was prepared for our stay. We had an amazing time and would stay again.
