Kid-friendly vacation rentals in LaSalle County

While our trip to the area didn't go quite as planned, our family was able to enjoy our time together in peace and quiet. The bungalow was clean, cute and the kids enjoyed the toys! Thank you!

Suzie's Bungalow on Vine was a welcome destination after our 17 hour drive back to Illinois. The porch light was on as promised with added subtle lighting from within. We already had our entry pin, which I personally chose. Suzie was very responsive throughout our drive. The bungalow was very easy to find. We explored our cozy home away from home upon arrival, found everything we could possibly need, flipped coins for 2 equally comfortable bedrooms, and slept soundly through the night. In the morning we had time for coffee (on the house) and the baked goods we brought along. We exchanged pictures we had taken the week before, before heading to Starved Rock to meet family for their Thanksgiving Brunch. It was wonderfully convenient to have a nice place to stay just minutes from our destination. Thank you Suzie

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and immaculately kept. The kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of towels in each room. The beds were cozy and the heat adjusted quickly. The two highlights were (1) the beautiful deck overlooking the river, where we saw a bald eagle and sandhill cranes migrating and (2) the game room, where we enjoyed family games of pool and poker. The house was 15 minutes from Starved Rock and 2 minutes from a grocery store, so the location was super convenient as well.

Cozy home not far from Walmart and target, close enough to state parks and high way. Location is near a busy road but overall no complaints.

We had an excellent stay at Tania's bungalow! It has a perfect location, extremely close to Starved Rock State Park & also close to local restaurants & shops. The bungalow was exactly as described & exceptionally clean. It's welcoming, warm, & cozy. We also loved that it was pet friendly & had an enclosed yard for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet & well kept. Tania was very responsive, friendly & helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect stay to ring in the new year with two families. We will stay again in the future!

Convenient location and cute house! The pool was a favorite with the kids and it was a short drive to Starved rock. Downtown area was close by with cute shops.

My family and I stay at Toni's place when we return to Streator because it has everything we need and the location is perfect for us.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a little getaway Cute n cozy place. Very clean!

Amazing place and the owner was very helpful

We stayed here with our 2 dogs on a cross country roadtrip. We needed somewhere near i80 and dog friendly. Hotels are a pain with 2 dogs so staying in Lisa’s Airbnb apartment was a nice change! Everything exactly as described. The best part was the dogs being able to use the fenced in backyard after a long day in the car. Also helpful there was already a metal crate as we crate one of our dogs at night who likes to pace :) also bonus there was tea coffee grounds and a coffee maker

Place was exactly as described. Easy to get in with the access code, and we enjoyed how close it was to the Main Street in Utica. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable overnight stay for NYE, wish we were staying longer! The living room was comfortable, especially with the fireplace. We brought our own games, but there were also some cards and puzzles at the air bnb if we didn’t bring anything. Really enjoyed looking through the picture book on the coffee table to see the restoration of the building. So much thought and work went into creating a beautiful space!

We loved the downtown location. Great location. Close to all the food, restaurants, and great Utica residents. Excellent space. Clean and inviting! Loved for a weekend getaway.
