Vacation rentals with a pool in Las Vegas

Susana's house is a very cozy place, full of wonderful details. We felt so safe and comfortable. We enjoyed its beautiful garden and pool. I had everything described in the post and more. Susana and Victor, very kind, concerned and respectful of privacy. We would definitely stay in your quincho again.

Beautiful building and apartment. Convenient Location Marta is very friendly The only downside is that they did not enable the guest whirlpool.

The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. It's important to mention that in summer, in the afternoon, from 4pm onwards the sun is very strong and heats up the living room and bedrooms a lot, making it difficult for the AC to cool the rooms, but when the sun went down, watching the sunset was beautiful!!! The doormen were very friendly and the building has several amenities to enjoy. For longer stays, it is an inconvenience not to have a washing machine in the unit. There are 2 washing machines available for the entire building on a shift basis, which was complicated because many people took a shift and you could be waiting several days to get a shift. It would be much better if the apartment had its own washing machine than to wash clothes in the two washing machines that only had room for very few clothes. The nicest thing is that we had the Mercado Moreno half a block from the apartment, and it was close to walk to Aristides, the area with all the restaurants.

Marcela’s flat was very well located. We thought it was very nicely decorated and clean. The communication was perfect and Marcela replied very quickly whenever we had a question. Marcela and her husband live on the ground floor below the Airbnb so there was always the option of getting help if you needed it. They were also happy for us to use their pool and sun loungers. They were very nice and came out to say hi to us a few times which was very nice 🙂 Although the flat does have all the equipment, some of it is a bit old. The washing machine only had one setting and it had some mould accumulated within it. The aircon setting were pre set and could not be changed. It was perfect temperature for the main room but in the spare room it was blowing out very cold air and could not be turned down. We thought the flat was very good value for money though!

We had a lovely stay - Gracie is so helpful and such a lovely person. Her place is very well located, for restaurants, bike hire, walking into town etc. And the use of the pool was fantastic. Thank you Gracie! Sarah y Rohan x

Our nine-day stay at Michael’s Airbnb in Mendoza was exactly what we needed on our journey through Argentina. We looked forward to returning to this beautiful spacious home and tranquil pool and garden, and to being greeted by Michael’s absolutely delightful canine companions at the end of each day’s adventures. We have never met such polite, affectionate, easy-going pups. Michael is an exceptionally thoughtful and responsive host—he very generously accommodated our request for an early check-in, welcomed us with bottles of wine, invited us for drinks, and responded immediately to questions about how things worked. He provided very helpful suggestions about what to see and do in Mendoza and the surrounding area—from local shops, vineyards, and bicycle rentals to day-long excursions. Through our many very interesting and enjoyable conversations, we have found a friend in Michael, and look forward to staying at his place again should we ever return to Mendoza.
