Lastarria Penthouse, Amazing Terrace

Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

Nice apartment located in the Bellavista neighborhood, half a block from the Patio Bellavista gastronomic center. Steps from Santiago's quintessential bohemian center. It is located 8 minutes walk from the Metro station, 6 minutes from La Chascona and 7 minutes from the entrance of Cerro San Cristóbal. The apartment has a clear view towards the mountain range that will allow you to appreciate Santiago from upstairs. It's the most bohemian neighborhood in Santiago, so it's louder than usual.

We own this centrally located one-bedroom apartment in a safe, modern doorman building. After falling in love with its prime location and high-floor view, we purchased and meticulously renovated the unit. The apartment is in the heart of the hip Bellas Artes district, just a block and a half from the Bellas Artes metro station. Adjacent to the building are a supermarket and a nice café. Within a short walk, you'll find great restaurants, shopping, and Santiago's top tourist attractions.

Big Loft 70 mts 2 , mid century modern style , completely renovated, thermopanel windows, great location of a bohemian neighborhood, walking distance to downtown ,near subway . We respect diversity . Best restaurants and also an active night life .This is a bohemian neighborhood, but the building is very safe , so ,this is what we want, respectful people that respect the norms. Visitors are not allowed, the loft is exclusively for the guests.

A bright apartment, well-equipped with a floating floor in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a 2-seater Box Spring bed, impeccable sheets, a Smart Led TV with Netflix, and Wi-Fi Internet. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, toaster, pots, and cooking utensils. It has crockery and a full set of cutlery. If you stay more than 6 nights, I'll leave you extra sheets. Our experience was very positive! Daniela was very attentive from the first communication and offered us very useful recommendations. The balcony has a spectacular 180-degree view of the entire western part of the city, including surrounding hills. It's amazing day and night! The cost of this is a bit of noise, but for us it was worth it. The area is very central, close to everything: Viva mall for shopping, a supermarket two blocks away, a central market for fish, and 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas. A negative aspect of this is that there are homeless people near the apartment. But they weren't aggressive, and we didn't feel in danger at any time. The apartment is comfortable, the bed has a very good mattress and the kitchen has everything you need. The only negative is that the sofa is not as comfortable as the bed for sleeping. There is a concierge at the building's reception 24 hours a day. The neighbors were very friendly too. In short, a very good experience, thank you very much Daniela!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Unforgettable stay! The apartment was impeccable, super comfortable bed, with blankets and pillows for all tastes. The shower has great pressure, the heater is powerful and fast — on cold nights, we even feel warm. The view is surreal: you can see the sunrise and sunset from the bed, as if it were a movie screen. The Wi-Fi never failed. Excellent location: markets, subway, snow clothes rental and tourist spots just a few minutes away. Franz is a rare host: attentive, quick to respond, gave several tips and was even flexible with check-in/out. He left us wine and welcome chocolates that we loved so much that we bought some to take to Brazil. It was our second international trip together, with a marriage proposal, our first time in the snow, and we found our temporary home here. Every day, we said, “Let's go home.” If we go back to Santiago, we won't think of anywhere else. Thank you, Franz!

The apartment is super well-equipped, with a full kitchen, a cute balcony, TV, washing machine...in short, everything we needed was available. The location is excellent and the host is super helpful and attentive. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone who travels to Santiago.
