Can’t beat the view at this place, and the host is incredibly kind and helpful. Any issues were addressed immediately. There’s a supermarket within a 2 minute walk which is helpful, and there’s tons of restaurants around too. The Mediterranean Sea/beach is directly behind the building, so it’s in between two bodies of water. And there’s a great walk way along the water in front. Anyway, good place. Definitely recommend.

The place is really great, everything is like in the pictures. Clean, tidy. The view from the window and from the terrace is just perfect🤩. We found everything we needed in the place, maybe it would just be helpful to have a tumble dryer (but we did and without it). It is recommended to be with a car when staying at this property, as it will surely be more convenient to reach the shop, cafes, seaside. Thank you for a great staycation 🥰

The stay was very pleasant. Angel is very detailed and friendly, always attentive to what we needed and giving us local recommendations of visit. He gave us a couple of details and cooked a very rich cake. The apartment has very nice views and is next to the beach and diving centers. It is spacious and has everything you need for a few days of relaxation. We will definitely repeat!

lovely location, some beautiful view , have been to this area before, we hired a car, car parking was available, the only thing was there were no sunbeds to take to the beach overall had a great stay

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

Izabela is very friendly and helpful host. Always answer on any questions in just few minutes. We also got from her some ideas for days out. All the places recommended by her were amazing (including Muelle - amazing restaurant with Italian and Argentinian food). Apartment itself is small but very cosy. It was more than enough for us (couple + small baby). Place is spotless and well-equipped, but what is not always sure - it looks exactly like on the photos. It's also very close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops etc. If we decide to visit Torrevieja again - Iza's apartment will be our first choice.

The location of the apartment is just perfect, the sea is just 30 meters away. You can meet the sunrise over the water looking out the window. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing on the beach (umbrella, swimming boards, chairs for sitting, balls). The beach in front of the apartment is rocky, but to the right and left there are kilometers of beaches and you can choose any you like. Shops are within 5-10 minutes walk. Cafes are almost at every step. Of the minuses. The nearest big supermarket Mercadona is only in Torrevieja. There are a couple of fish shops in La Mata, but the prices are 1.5-2 times higher. There are no entertainment on the nearest beaches (jet skis, water bikes, etc.), and there are no toilets or changing rooms in principle anywhere. We felt very comfortable in the small apartment for 2. It gets tight for 4 guests. Everything was modern and lovingly furnished. The communication with the hosts was very straightforward. My husband and I will book the place again on our next stay and can fully recommend it. In case of late arrival, be sure to pay attention: There is a small supermerkado/restaurant in the center of the village that carries all the important things and is also open on Sundays until after 22:00 (Albir Market). We stayed here for a week, had a great time. The property is close to the beach and restaurants and there is no disruptive traffic. A walk into the city center takes about 30-min (2.8 km), but most things are in the nearby area. We will be back

Supernice apartment with all you need 🤩

The apartment was beautiful with an amazing roof terrace -- a lovely space to spend the evening overlooking the beach and coastline. Everything was clean and comfortable, wifi was great, pool was lovely, parking was safe and good restaurants and the beach were within easy walking distance. The team were super helpful and proactively provided all the inormation needed. They were immediately responsive when we had a small issue with a kitchen appliance and had it fixed within a few hours, plus provided some great local restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend the apartment and hosts.

Apartment located in La Manga in a very quiet urbanization with all the services (spa, private parking). The apartment has all the amenities, very well equipped the kitchen and a terrace with ocean views that is the real plus. Davinia has been very attentive, she left us a few more hours in the apartment and was very nice. We'll be back!

Breathtaking view, being in the balcony, the main room or the rooftop. Amazing amenities, friendly and responsive host, and above all a super apartment great for a romantic getaway, some deserved family holidays, or just to spend some days with a few friends. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb is lovely and is the perfect size with excellent facilities for a family of four with 2 teens. Kitchen is well equipped, we ended up cooking quite a bit and had everything we needed! Aldi or Dialprix both 5 mins walk away, and there is a handy shopping trolley to be able to walk to get groceries! The outdoor area is perfect, with sun beds, outdoor eating area and the hot tub of course! We turned the temp down a bit whilst we were there as the weather was so hot. The pools on site are lovely and clean and warm, nice landscaping, never busy, and excellent for a relaxing day! There is currently a building site to one side, which was active while we were there, didn’t bother us though. You definitely need a car to be able to explore Torrevieja and Valencia as there are a so many beautiful beaches and pretty towns to visit. There are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and cool box for beach days.
