We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. The accommodation is very close to the surf spot Playa Madeira, making it the perfect location for surfers. The host is incredibly friendly and always helpful with anything we needed. A special highlight is the yoga deck, which is available for guests to use. Highly recommend staying here!

Tim's Todo Bien is a special place. It's got the good family vibe that makes you feel welcome and at home. We stayed in the apartment, and it was just as described. The pool is great, the sunset deck is amazing, and the dogs are super nice and fun. We stayed for 3 nights, and on Friday night Tim took us out for a wild pizza night down at the Machete Market. You do need a 4x4 to get to the place, or a bike or scooter. Would stay there any time again.

We had such a perfect stay at Brian’s place. Not only was the place stunning, but it has everything that you needed to have a comfortable stay. The view was fabulous, along with the pool and there was even hot water and AC. Brian was such an incredible host and helped us with all sorts of recommendations and logistics. 10/10 recommend this place!

Liliam is very nice, warm, he generates trust, he recommended us how to move, he responded almost to the immediate. Her apartment had everything that was required for a stay and more, very nice, full pottery, kitchen utensils, welcome fruits were a nice detail. I am sure we will visit it again since the location allows you to go both to the center of rivas and to San Jorge, among others. It was nice to take this home.

Absolutely LOVE this house! Previously we rented just two rooms. This time we had the whole house. The location is minutes to town, 5 minute walk to the beach, amazing view of the bay, day or night, a fancy neighborhood on the road to the Christ statue. So many little cool extras that really make if thoughtful, from the lux toiletries to the coded doors, to Rokus on the TV and good internet. I loved that the beds had four fluffy pillows, rather than the normal two flat ones. There is a full time staff that is helpful when needed, but non-obtrusive when not. The house, yard, pool… everything was so clean. We have stayed at several different properties when visiting SJDS, this is by far our favorite!

The stay in Nicaragua (San Juan Del Sur) was awesome 👏🏻. Everyone loved the place and we were able to have room for our large party. The outside area was awesome with a great pool. It was so close to the beach legit on the sand. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!!

Maria was a really great host, was very friendly and helpful with all our requirements, easy to get ahold of and very accessible at all times to communicate with. Have to mention her beautiful local store. Such a lovely place, if we ever come back to Popoyo we stay in touch with Maria. :))

This place is absolutely top-notch. The house itself is incredibly unique and beautiful. It was absolutely spotless inside and out as well. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bedding super fresh and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and coffee in the morning! The house is a quick 1-2 minute walk to the beach and the same to restaurants and the market. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my stay here! I will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house staff helped us but groceries and cooked two amazing breakfasts for us. I loved sleeping with the sound of the ocean and the swimming pool was beautiful. I absolutely would stay here again!

We stayed at Becky's place with our two kids (ages 9 and 5) and had a lovely time. We loved the outdoor area with the pool and outdoor kitchen. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need - it is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into the small details. Indalecio helped us to buy fresh shrimp which we cooked on the outdoor bbq. The surf beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend Becky's if you are in Playa Gigante.

So nice, I had to stay twice! Loved this home so much that I went back a couple of weeks later. The house is pristine and has all you could need. Meticulously clean and includes all the details you’d want. Towels, games, utensils, soaps, everything! I love that it’s close to town but far enough where it’s quiet and peaceful. The yard with pool is impeccable. They have mini golf built into the yard! Plus bags (cornhole for some), and a ring toss game. Don Toño, the keeper, is kind and attentive. He cleaned the pool every morning. Elisha is an amazing host. She’s quick to respond, friendly, and very accommodating. I was supposed to stay two nights and I ended up staying 5! Don’t sleep on this place, BOOK IT! The layout of the house is great for a group. Each room has multiple beds. Full kitchen, stocked with all utensils. 3 and a half bathrooms! Easy to find and easy to access. No suv needed. I’ll be back!

Amazing views and a beautiful house. Don’t underestimate the recommendation of a 4WD vehicle.
