Vacation rentals with a patio in Larnaca

I would like to recommend these apartments; they have everything you need. It’s a very clean, bright, and spacious ground-floor apartment with its own private entrance and a small pool. However, during the colder months, the pool is unusable, as is the communal pool in these apartments. The sea is just across the road!

The flat was very clean and comfortable. The car park below the building was very useful and spacious. Very easy communication with the host.

I did like the communication with the host, but the pictures of the apartment are a bit different. For now, the location is a bit noisy and dusty due to the construction site nearby, and the industrial port is right across the street (not so much view). But the location is 15 min walk to the city center, and I liked that the apartment has its parking spot. The floors, though, are icy in the winter, and some slippers would have been nice (just one pair provided), or at least let us know to have some with us. The apartment is really big, has everything you need, but some decluttering of boxes or some space in the dressing would have been appreciated. I appreciated that the early check-in was not charged; for our city break, 3 days with 2 small kids was more than enough since we used it just for sleeping in the night.

This was a beautiful place to stay! It matched the descriptions, and is in a peaceful area. It was a good location to explore other areas (a car is needed here). The owner was quick to help when an issue came up, and there were lots of personal touches like a hand-written note when I arrived. There are lots of ants, so make sure all food is well-sealed, but other than that, the place was very clean!

Yiannis’ place is exactly as shown in pictures. Very friendly hosts and easy to communicate. My family had a perfect stay to visit families in the area.

Fantastic accommodation. Better than the pictures. Slept so well - the great bed and the quiet. It was nice to stay in a house that really has all the small things that make a longer stay comfortable. Lots of hangers and storage, hooks and outlets everywhere. The kitchen was very well stocked and had high quality appliances - we have even purchased the kettle and toaster for our own house. The location is fantastic for a cycling base which is what we like to do in Cyprus. Susan and her local host Matthias were very responsive when we had a couple of questions. We will be back next year.

We rented this place for a month, and Stavros made us feel very welcome and very well looked after. He provided a baby bed, baby bath and a security gate upon request, and delivered to the property home made cakes and home-grown fruits from the family farm. We were very comfortable staying here, and were sad to leave; we could have happily stayed for a month longer. Thank you again to Stavros for a wonderful stay in Cyprus!

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

Very nice villa built in 2023. Great large outdoor area with wooden furniture and loungers. Beautiful large pool (but we did not use it in December due to the weather). A large grill and a pizza oven is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with modern facilities and everything you need is available. From our point of view, a clear recommendation for a relaxing vacation.

We travel quite a lot, but so far it’s been one of the best accommodation we stayed in. It had everything we needed and even more - well equipped kitchen, beach accessories, comfortable bed, AC in both rooms etc. The flat is in the walking distance from the beach and some stores, and if you rent a car, you can easily reach a lot of beautiful places. The host was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

Maria was a great host! Her place was lovely and extremely well-equipped. She welcomed us with a cheese/ham platter, and the kitchen was well-stocked with milk, beer, wine, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit, and much more! She was very helpful and even assisted us in ordering a taxi for our return. The apartment was modern yet cozy and just a quick walk from the beach. We loved everything about this experience—thank you, Maria!

When travelling through AirBnb you sometimes find a real hidden gem. A flat or house you‘ll probably never forget. This is one of those flats! You can really feel the love in every corner and you can tell, that it’s an actual home and not just some property to rent to tourists. The garden is incredibly beautiful and I found myself sitting there every night for hours hahaha. All in all: Thanks for the amazing stay! We’d love to come back 😌.

We have had a relaxing 9 days at Eugenia’s place. If you have a car it’s a good starting point to explore Cyprus but if like us you’re for a calm and relaxing time, there are nice quiet beaches (20 min walk or much shorter by local bus) and a wonderful bakery, supermarkets or takeaway in the vicinity. All in all the sun, the sea, good food and nice cats all around are worth it. We strongly recommend Eugenia’s Airbnb. She’s a nice and communicative person.

My colleague and I attended a conference in St Rafael. A perfect stay for this occasion.
