Amazing apartment on the 26th floor with great views of Nicosia from above. Location is AAA in the very centre of Nicosia, walking distance to all amenities and shops. Check-in was very easy and friendly, the porter was very helpful and instructions were spot on. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended.

A fantastic central location in an apartment that is super clean with regular sheet & towels changed by very polite staff. When booking I did not realise it was a serviced apartment so it was lovely to have the place cleaned. Everything worked as it should with excellent washing machine that worked great on quick wash. Super hot powerful shower.It was an ideal space for my partner & myself as everything was a short walk away, restaurants,shops,coffee shops and the beach. The weather was very good so we even used the outside seating area at the back with sun beds,chairs & tables. If requiring accommodation in central Larnica will definitely return.

The place is lovely - from location to cleanliness and amenities. First of all, I want to express my gratitude for taking into account our wish about the crib ! You need to get the key next to the reception of the hotel, a few meters away. This has not caused any inconvenience. We were with a stroller and the only thing that was uncomfortable for us was a big staircase to the second floor. I had to drag a stroller in my hands. As for the apartment, it is very clean , the kitchen has all that is needed. The beds are clean. Plenty of space for two adults and a child. Separately, I take care of the fact that it's noisy. It is worth considering that this is still the center of the city, there were shops , restaurants and a square under us, so you should not count on a quiet pastime of the night, but we did not take an apartment in the center :) In general we were satisfied and will definitely check in again when we visit Larnaca again. Thank you !

Great apartment, I definitely recommend it.

Very nice apartment. Gym and pool rather underwhelming. A bit far from the center, but still a decent location. Hosts very communicative and responsive. We had a car so it was good to have private parking. Very nice balcony off the kitchen.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

I rented a house from Airbnb for 3 days. The house we rented was really nice. We stayed with three friends. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom, the layout of the living room was great. The host took care of everything. Located on the floor, this house's own private garden was perfect. We would also like to thank you for the fresh towels and the spotless bed linens. We are also very grateful to the host, who provides tablets and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. The location of the house is perfect; quite close to Famagusta and many places to visit. It's also located in a quiet environment. It's also very close to the Salamis Hotel and the Long Beach coast. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ms. Hilal...🙏

We enjoyed our stay at Georgia‘s place. It has amazing location next to the sea and plenty of different restaurants. The seabeach is there very nice with the soft sand, shallow water and sport area. This place is perfect for a vacation with kids. Also we felt ourselves as at home because of hospitality and quick help from Georgia‘s husband Vasiliy.

I picked the apartment because it looked very functional and well equipped. I spent about a week there and found the apartment offered everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Modern, it is comfortable. The location is remote from Larnaca center but remains very accessible (within 5-15 min drive). The neighborhood is very calm. The only downside is that there is nothing around but again with a car, that’s not a problem. I could return to this place without any hesitation.

Great location. By the beach (literally),in a quiet area a short walk away from the majority of the bars and restaurants along the beach. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

The place is nice, clean and cozy. Just maybe the apartment style is a little bit old fashioned. Chris is great! and very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was excellent for us personally.

Katerina was a great host. She quickly responded to all our needs. The place was as shown on the pictures with an amazing view ,the beach was a minute away. Walkable distance to the centre city with great restaurants and bars close by. We hope to see you again and thank you for the amazing hospitality.
