Waterfront vacation rentals in Larimer County

The location was perfect! It was only a mile away from Rocky Mountain National Park and a few miles from downtown Estes Park. The deck with the hot tub is right next to a beautiful creek, which made it an awesome getaway. The size was great and the amenities were just as described. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed in the Steiner Flat (Bird's Nest), it was beautifully decorated with views to the east (Bond Park) and to the south (perfect Long's Peak). I was there over Thanksgiving weekend so I didn't use the private terrace but it would be perfect in the warm months. Everything was spotless. Great location, I was able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the parade. Nice not to move my car from the private parking lot. One genius item, installing a Roku TV in the unit, which I use at home. Shawn, the on-site manager welcomed me and provided text messages before and during my stay. Those provided me with current weather conditions and reminders, I really appreciated it. I would definitely stay again. I remember shopping here when it was all stores so this is great to see it being re-imagined as flats.

First time using an air bnb, was nervous to use instead of hotel, but didn’t disappoint :)

The view was great! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very informative not only about the stay but also about the activities in the area. 10/10!

Great location, a short walk to downtown but still private and quiet. Parking was easy. The rental was exactly as described, very clean, plenty big enough for our family of 4, and everything in working order. We especially enjoyed the very private back patio and the very short walk to La Cabana for margaritas (or, more importantly, the very short walk home after margaritas!). We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location…still within walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. Peaceful setting with mountain views in a distance. The house is clean and offers many amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Thanksgiving with the family! Very clean and comfortable home. We walked out the front door and found some beautiful hiking trails right away, amazing views and tons of wildlife in every direction. Highly recommended.

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

David and Marci were incredible hosts for many reasons and our stay was such a special time! -The home is gorgeous, clean and comfortable, stocked with thoughtful ‘extras’ to make you feel welcome -They communicated throughout our visit with tips about local, current activities like where to find the best view of changing fall trees -The amenities supported our comfort and peace the whole trip including the immaculate and large kitchen area with espresso and coffee machines, laundry was easy to access and use, well stocked linens, blankets, front fenced yard and back patio overlooking the river safe for pups. The home provided privacy and yet ease of access to the road, town, trails, picnic areas, etc. This was the perfect space for us as a couple and our two small dogs. Such a rare find and in the most beautiful location! Pictures are accurate and the stay was well worth the cost!

Marks place was exactly what was advertised. Perfect for our visit to RMNP . Downtown was 5 min drive with plenty of restaurants and shipping. The hot tub was great after a long day. Having a long day of travel coming in having water in fridge was perfect for us as we didn't want to stop anywhere just wanted to get to bed . Let Mark know we were gonna be late on arrival and was no problem lights were on .Definitely would stay again.

It was a cute quaint home literally on the Big Thompson River. Great for fishing and walking into town. The house was clean and had two bathrooms (one upstairs and one on the main level). The upstairs bedrooms had low ceilings so beware for groups with tall individuals. The outdoor space was one of the best features of the house. We had elk napping in the side yard one day! Kitchen was well appointed and it was nice to have coffee available.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting! The house is in a perfect location, only takes about 5 minutes to get downtown. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub while it snowed while listening to the river down below. My family and I love this place and will definitely be back. They also decorated the house for Christmas which was a huge plus!

The unit was exactly as described, and in a great location. Very walkable to downtown Estes, but still just far enough away to be a little more secluded and private. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is hands-down one of the best AirBnB stays my family has ever had. My wife and I and our two daughters enjoyed plenty of room to lounge, two bedrooms with two comfortable queen beds, Lindsey’s amazing kitchen (pictures don’t do it justice), and our private balcony overlooking the river and the Estes Park Downtown RiverWalk. The entire condo was furnished so comfortably, and the board games were much appreciated. Estes Park had tons of visitors and parking was hard to come by, but Lindsey’s stay included a parking pass in the library/town hall parking lot across the street. Huge lifesaver. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Right on Elkhorn and not even a ten minute drive to both Fall Creek and Beaver Meadows entrances to RMNP. Highly recommend Poppy’s Pizza Grill, The Egg of Estes and the Colorado Game Company a few doors down. All within a one minute walk of the condo. I wish all AirBnB stays were just like this one.

We have wanted to stay near RMNP for a long time, and had never visited in the fall, so we jumped at the chance and booked this cabin. It was easy to get to, very clean, comfortable, and a couple miles from the Park. We even had our own local elk that we named Buddy! He hung around several days. We will stay here again!

Beautiful location situated above the Fall River. Huge bull elk seen right nearby! Managing heat was a little tricky as the fire place gives off a lot of heat in the part of the room it is in but takes awhile to heat the rest of room. Quiet location even though housekeeping and laundry are right outside of room. Wish there was an outdoor hot tub for general use but the in room jacuzzi was also nice. I would stay here again!
