Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Larimer County

Chris and Emma were great! They were super nice and gave us directions to local places to go see. The room was beautiful (we stayed in the Charles Dickens room). The "town" of Glen Haven consists of the Inn, a General Store (which was, sadly, closed for the season), town hall, fire house, post office. It's very secluded, quiet, and peaceful. We LOVED it!

Our stay in the Prince Albert room was wonderful. The room was spacious and cozy, clean and private, plus decadent! The included breakfasts each morning were AMAZING! We also loved going across the road to enjoy time out by the creek. Chris and Emma were very welcoming and attentive. The only negative was the creaky floors- we could very clearly hear the guests above us walking around early each morning. I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants to stay near Rocky Mountain National Park, but avoid the business of Estes Park.

The Inn was wonderful! It has all kinds of character due to the antique decorations and old photographs on the walls. The layout is asymmetrical, which makes every trip in and out interesting. Emma greeted us and showed us to our room, she and her husband make and serve breakfast, and they talked with us about the area and it's history. They were great! Chris and Emma do a wonderful job, and the building is truly unique.

Karen's place is excellent for a Fort Collins Bed and Breakfast getaway! Karen made us feel right at home and she was so gracious even though we arrived late in the evening. She is a great communicator and no need was left unmet. She was so kind as to provide breakfast in the morning, which was so yummy! Staying at her place was a perfect, where she was always available, but she also respected our privacy. Her place is so homey and we were so comfy, cozy while at her place.

Gail is a wonderful host-friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast both mornings was hearty, healthy and delicious. The home’s roomy interior is lovely-rustic beauty-with charming decorative details and is very clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas on the property are very nice. I feel fortunate to have found this special place for future trips to Estes Park.

We enjoyed Gail’s beautiful home, decorated with antiques as well as welcoming touches, such as two electric flamed fireplaces and four different common room spaces for everyone to spread out. The outside fire pit and porches had beautiful views of the mountains. Her home is right off Estes Lake and a pleasant walk to town. She gave us great information about hiking trails, dining places and other attractions. She also accomodated our dietary needs when making healthy and delicious breakfasts. If we ever returned to Estes Park we would love to stay with Gail again.

Karen is awesome and the space was great. I have stayed in a few Air BnB’s, I have never been disappointed but always thought a few things that could have made it better. This is not true with Karen, she thought of everything! She was so accommodating and thoughtful with our schedule and made us feel right at home. If you have the opportunity or need to stay in or around Fort Collins you will not be disappointed booking with Karen.

The Inn of Glen Haven is exceptional and unique. It is very well decorated in Victorian style but at the same time provides all modern amenities except of TV. The dining experience was also great: a diner was perfect and a breakfast was freshly made and delicious. If somebody wants to experience a stay in a real historic place - do not go to Estes Park, go to Glen Haven!

Let me tell you about this quaint Bed & Breakfast. It was beyond lovely and better than expected. Well, I didn't have any expectations, but I fell in love. It's the perfect little getaway from Denver. The dinner there was fantastic, so good. The host were accommodating, super friendly but not over the top, they gave us space where needed. We stayed in Queen Victoria, and we didn't need that much room, but it was nice to sit and enjoy a glass of wine before bed in the seating area. Everything was super clean; I wondered how they do this with all the antiques. We give you five stars, and I highly recommend staying with them.

We would come back here in a heartbeat when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park again! It’s a beautiful lodge with comfortable rooms that are nicely decorated. The view from the room was breathtaking and the lodge is only 10 minutes away from one of the park entrances and downtown Estes Park. The breakfast is good and the staff responsive. We arrived late and often left early and they were able to accommodate all of that. There’s plenty of parking too! Overall, an amazing place to stay.
