Fantastic spot for our DC vacation. Appreciated that it had linens and towels. The coffee and espresso already in the kitchen was a nice touch. Parking also a huge plus.

We had a great stay. Garth was always a text away and very proactive if I had any questions. Place was clean and stocked with what we needed. Definitely would book again!

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

The place is absolutely beautiful-honestly even better than the pictures in the listing! Peter and Terri were great hosts, very welcoming and responsive. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Shaw Metro station and surrounded by great nightlife and party spots. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! Would love to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host provided very detailed instructions that made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely consider booking this unit again in the future.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect distance to all of the activities we wanted to do. Finding good street parking was only an issue on the night we arrived, otherwise we pretty much always found a spot right in front of the building. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it was a perfect fit for four people. Overall, we had a great stay and it is a very nice neighborhood to stay in.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional, especially for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean and incredibly well-equipped the space was. It felt like the hosts had thought of everything! Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but this Airbnb made it a breeze. We were so impressed with the thoughtful touches like the provided crib, toddler-proof plates and cups, and even a selection of toys to keep the kids entertained. They even had baby shampoo on hand – it's those little details that really make a difference. Beyond being fantastic for kids, I have to rave about the bed. Seriously, it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. After a long day of exploring, sinking into that mattress was heavenly. We loved our stay here! The place was super walkable and area surrounded it was so cute. The place itself was really nice and clean, we especially loved the balcony! Will definitely be coming back!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to everything. Parking is a bit of a pain but that’s to be expected in a big city. Great apartment, couch is really uncomfortable and the hot plate on the coffee pot didn’t work, neither was a big deal but owner may want to know. I’d absolutely stay here again when in D.C.

I absolutely loved this listing! The location was perfect and in the heart of downtown Frederick. We were walking distance or a short drive from restaurants and shops. The listing was clean, clutter free, and really nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this listing, and would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable air bnb - worked well as a family of 5. Walkable to metro which is what we used for the majority of our transportation. Beds were very comfortable and area felt super safe and community based. Thanks for a great stay!

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

Great location! Within walking distance to down town area. Scott was super helpful with recommendations for restaurants. This condo was very clean and comfortable. We would rent this condo again.

We stayed with two adults and two kids and really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The room is very clean and neat. The host, Oleg, is kind and responsive and tried to address our requests immediately. There is a Whole Foods and CSV in the same building complex, which enabled us to get everything we wanted. I highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.
