Great location with lots of coffee shops/restaurants around! Place was super clean and had great views! Clear instructions for check in and check out. I booked the place last minute and Golden responded to my request very quickly. A flexible check-in time was offered to me, which I really appreciated. Would recommended this place for anyone looking for a convenient location to stay in Burnaby!

Our family stayed at Kristy's apartment for two weeks during the New Year holiday. We were very impressed from the start with the extremely friendly and helpful airport pickup service. The apartment was clean and airy, and we greatly appreciated the excellent heating system, which worked very well during the winter. Additionally, Kristy was very attentive to the needs of her guests, ensuring that the apartment was fully equipped with all essential household items. We were highly impressed by her prompt response and quick action to support us. The apartment is centrally located in Surrey, making daily activities very convenient, with many great restaurants and malls just a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, our family had a wonderful holiday, and we believe it would be difficult to find a more perfect and suitable residence. We will definitely return and would highly recommend Kristy's place to our friends needing accommodation in this area.

Very clean spacious and cozy townhouse in a quiet area. Good location - within walking distance there are shops and cafes, a park and playgrounds. The owner provides a parking space, but sometimes it is more convenient to park on the street in front of the entrance. The townhouse has everything you need for a long stay - including a wide variety of kitchen utensils. Very hospitable, responsible, caring and attentive host, paying great attention to details. You will never regret if you take it.

Sparkling clean, cozy apartment! Easy for coming and going with free street parking steps from the door. It is well-furnished and just what we needed for our short stay to visit family nearby. The bed is firm but comfortable, and with nice linens. The closet and cupboard space between the bedroom and bathroom has pocket doors works, which gives an ensuite/privacy feel. I enjoyed the deep bath and my partner said the shower is very pleasant. There are small vent windows to let in fresh air; air circulation was nice. The vegan coffee shop downstairs was a great (and delicious) bonus for breakfast and treats to take to friends! All communication was smooth and flawless.

My eight-year old son and I had a lovely stay! We enjoyed the hot tub, a nice movie by the fire, many rounds of ping pong and the great selection of board games and toys. The tree house was a big hit.

Matt’s place is super comfortable, clean and organized. It had everything I need to feel at home for my week stay and I’ll definitely consider again in the future. My only concern is the area isn’t very walkable imo but some don’t mind. Otherwise there are better areas to walk around and take in Vancouver close by.

We had a pleasant stay at Mirabella's apartment which truly felt like home away from home. The pictures and description are accurate and the neighbourhood is very walkable. We had a rental car and underground visitor parking was great and easy to access. The communication with Mirabella was great from the start. We was responsive and proactive. We will definitely try to book again next time. Thank you Mirabell for being such a great host!!!

Perfect little condo for our weekend getaway as a family of four plus our pup. Our kids (4 and 6) loved the bunk bed and access to the pool. The other room is a loft room so it’s a bit bright in the morning. The condo had great decor, and all the necessary items. It was a great home base for a couple nights!

My family loved this place! Very clean, left us snacks, rackets for the indoor court, access to the pool, and even towels and blankets for our dog. Our host was very responsive to my messages, and we were able to check in 3 hours earlier. It was quiet, easy access to the beach, and most of all, my kids loved it as well, and they’re tough critics. I highly recommend staying there.

We felt right at home. Local restaurants had lower ratings and we were tired anyway but cooking in was great, had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and games in the common area too! Beds were super comfy and it was a great fall/winter retreat. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The place was clean and very private. It is also close to public transport and grocery stores. Awesome host.

Love this place! It is my second time here and I look forward to my next trip. The suite is perfect , super clean, well stocked, great view, responsive hosts, quiet complex.

Great location and nice condo. Host is very responsible and let us check in early. The community center is a bit dated but the pool is warm and indoor which is great!

The apartment was very pleasant, spacious, included everything one needs to spend a few days. Very bright and nicely furnished…felt like home!! The view was amazing!!! Host was very nice and always replied quickly when prompted. Location was perfect, literally across the street from the Metrotown Sky train (20 minutes to downtown Vancouver) and shopping mall…couldn’t be better location. I would certainly come back if I return to Vancouver!!

This was a great place for our two small families to stop overnight on a road trip from Portland to Whistler. We would have been happy to spend more time there! It was very spacious and our late night check in was a breeze. Super friendly front desk, easy to find, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a large relaxing common space provided everything we needed.

my daughter and i brought my grand kids .. they went ga ga crazy over the pool.. they are 12 and 9... the kitchen was perfect... everything there that we needed... we did go out for fried cod fish on sat. night.. YUMMY.... had a super weekend...

Birch Bay is great, there home is excellent.

We booked your place 3 times back to back. We came up from California to work & your place did not disappoint. Felt just at home with your bbq & stove as we did alot of cooking there. Beach was is a 2 minute walk where we stayed out passed sunset & enjoyed the fire pits available. We also loved the indoor pool & spa & used it as we were able too. Over all we are happy to have found a place like yours! thanks for the hospitality

Great location & Super convenient, just opposite to metrotown skytrain. This one bedroom condo unit is spacious for its size and good layout. Nice cafes, quick food restaurants and even Thai massage, all shops within 5-10 min walk and u will get whatever u want. The space is reasonable maintained in good condition with all necessary amenities.

It was an unexpectedly wonderful and peaceful place. It felt so comfortable and home-like, making it perfect for a family stay. At first, I doubted whether it would really look like the photos, but in reality, it was even more beautiful and breathtaking. The host was very communicative, and I could feel their sincerity and thoughtfulness in making guests feel welcome. If I ever stay in this area again, I would choose this place without hesitation.
