I chose this house because it is attracted by the photographs that do not do justice to the wonder that welcomed us. The view is breathtaking and the entire house has an indescribable charm that turns the vacation into something magical when you cross the threshold. A typical house perfectly nestled in the cliff, cozy and functional, equipped with every comfort and attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness. It has everything you need to spend your holidays surrounded by the hypnotic charm of Lampedusa. The small annex with the window overlooking the sea was the final blow that made me fall in love with the place. The host Fabio is polite and friendly, the caretaker Giovanni smiling and friendly. Precious and attentive to every need, he was able to add that extra touch to our stay. I don't think there can be a better place to stay in Lampedusa, even for the location on Cala Creta; for me it was and I just hope to return soon to the island and this place.

On vacation with a group of six adults, a three-year-old girl and a few months old, it was the ideal location to enjoy a week of total relaxation. The outdoor spaces, two bathrooms and the very complete equipment of the house have allowed you to manage the girls as best as possible and leave a lot of autonomy for everyone. The strategic location allowed you to enjoy the tranquility of the place while being able to easily reach the port for boat trips and the town center

Perfect location for Guitgia beach. The center on Via Roma can be reached on foot in ten minutes and the new port is three minutes away. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Almost nothing is missing except for the dishwasher and Wi-Fi. At the reception we met Davide, always available and he resolves the problems 24. Wonderful vacation

Ivan's houses are in a strategic position, in my opinion among the best on the island, a short walk from the beautiful Portu Ntoni and Cala Croce and a few minutes by scooter or car from downtown. Communication with Ivan before and during the stay was excellent, Ivan made us feel at home and those who gave a lot of useful tips.
