Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lampasas County

Ms. Petra was very responsive and nice. Her home was beautiful!! I kept saying, “I love this house.” The pictures were accurate. There were deer in the neighborhood and my son loved being able to look out of the window to see them when they were passing through. The neighbors were friendly as well. We loved everything about our stay! 10/10 highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! The instructions were very clear and we were greeted on arrival - they gave us great recommendations! The cabin was cozy and had everything you need to protect yourself from the cold. Firewood and charcoal was provided. More than enough for the fireplace and grill! We enjoyed using the golf cart to explore their grounds - the cows were a highlight! The furniture was perfect for movie marathons and the beds were very comfortable. The Christmas decorations were a nice seasonal touch. We definitely recommend this place!

This place was perfect. There were so many little extras to make you feel at home. This was the most well equipped place. You won’t regret staying here.

We are second time renters at this location. This is truly one of the best Airbnb’s that we have rented. The house is cleaned perfectly and feels right at home.! Every amenity you can think of a beautiful views from the back porch! We will be staying again!!! Thank you Mary!!!

We loved experiencing the country life in this AirBnb. We enjoyed walking out to peaceful and beautiful views ( stargazing was amazing) seeing horses and longhorns and making friends with Walter the hound dog! Just what we needed ! Thanks Melissa!!

This place was a total gem!!! We went in October and temps were in the 90s so we were still able to use the pool a few times! Great wildlife and livestock around! Also, only about 35-40 minutes from Colorado Bend State Park - the park was so amazing we went twice! Popped over to Austin and San Antonio on day trips to see family - the best of all worlds. Ben and Jamie were gracious hosts and we definitely would come back again!

My husband and I had a last minute trip to San Saba & we were lucky enough to find the Waylon! Upon arrival everything was wonderful! It was super clean & was just so beautiful! We did have a problem with the heater/space heater, but Leah was super responsive and had her electrician fix it RIGHT AWAY! We were so happy with our stay and will definitely stay again when we visit our family!

The place was exactly what we needed for the holiday weekend! The right number of rooms, a decent sized kitchen, and a great outdoor space overlooking all of Copperas Cove. Even the dog enjoyed the area with all the deer prancing around. I would recommend this for anyone having family coming into town and needing a large space for them.
