Had a great stay with Graham at Iron Pig Ranch. We had some cold weather and didn't get to enjoy all the amenities, like the outdoor shower, but what we did get to explore was great. Graham was super communities and made sure we had everything we needed before ans during our stay. Definitely would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Joanna's place - felt right at home with her accommodations and hospitality. The retreat is beautiful and peaceful. The location is incredibly convenient to many things to see and do. The only problem we had with our stay is that it just wasn't long enough. Wish we had booked another night or two!

New, super-clean cabin that is in a beautiful and peaceful location. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Colorado Bend State Park and less than 5 minutes from Fiesta Winery. It was a perfect base for our day hiking in the state park and for meeting friends for lunch at the winery. It’s also an easy 20-25 minute drive to San Saba or Lampases. Easy to find (alongside the main FM road), easy to check-in and good instructions for checkout. Definitely would stay again!

Was excellent we had a good time. The view is spectacular.

This place is a paradise!!! We saw and heard so much wildlife! We spent most time outside and the kiddos hiked all around checking out the views. The bedrooms are set up so thoughtfully. We all felt like we had plenty of room and lots of comfy beds! It was so nice to have a washer, dryer, and outside picnic area. We ate all meals outside at the picnic table and on the huge back porch! There were many toys, games, and extras for kids and babies! We have 6 kids so this really was like Heaven for us. Tina always answered any questions I had and was very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back and visit!

The Herrmann House @ the Lampton’s was a perfect country getaway just a minute from Lampasas. The property is private and has an eclectic country vibe. Macy was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend the Herrmann House to anyone looking for a relaxing and secluded place. We can't wait to come back!

This by far is one of the best rental houses ever stayed in. Updated modern house with all amenities. Very spacious for families and Julie is always there if needed anything. When I go back I will be staying there. Highly recommend staying at any property Mrs Julie has.

it was wonderful going back to the home my husband and I built. They have maintained the integrity of the home. They offered so many activities for guests. The beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool again. The home was seasonally decorated. Very good directions for finding the house, using the laundry appliances, and using facilities. it was a fun celebration of my birthday with my family. Had enough beds for everyone. it was nice that it was pet friendly. my family wants to come back next year! Thank you Jamie.
