Very good location, the view is amazing and the residence offers many services and activities. We slept very well thanks to very good bedding and air conditioning. Frédérick and the concierge are very responsive, and very welcoming (small welcome basket, which we enjoyed very much!). I would recommend this place to friends who want to come to Guadeloupe, because it is a perfect place and very good value for money. Happy hosting Frédérick, if we go back to Guadeloupe, we'll go to your place, of course!

Annabelle's place is clean, functional and well located! It is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach, and 10 minutes from a supermarket. There is a supermarket further afield within a 5 minute drive. It is a small studio at the bottom of a villa located at height, the environment is quiet and relaxing, the view that overlooks the marina of Le Gosier is magnificent, and to fully appreciate it, it is better to go up to the upper floor on the terrace! Since the accommodation is equipped with a microwave and a hob, there is the possibility of using the upper kitchen if needed. Over the duration of my stay, there were some water outages, water bottles, are available upon arrival in the studio. Annabelle was not on site, it was Claire and Lucas living in the villa who were my contacts,in case of problems they are very responsive. Annabelle is very friendly and is concerned about whether your stay is going well! Thank you and beautiful continuation to you!

But what makes the experience even more special are the welcoming, available, and rare kindness owners. A big special thank you to Francesca, who was absolutely adorable and thoughtful for us throughout our stay. She was able to make this moment even more memorable. We had a great stay at Stéphane's. We were hosted very well by Emma; very responsive and cheerful host. The studios are clean and tidy and has all the equipment to have a great stay. The view from the terrace is just beautiful! The setting is ideal: the sea at its feet with the possibility of renting jet skis, two swimming pools available. Within the residence you will find: a supermarket, a snack bar and two restaurants as well as a laundry (washing and dryer machine). I recommend Stéphane's accommodations.

I had rented the apartment for my parents who are 65 and 70 years old. My parents were delighted with the welcome provided by Claircine and her husband, and were able to share good times with them . They are lovely people, available, very nice and very helpful. The environment is beautiful with beautiful tropical vegetation that surrounds the accommodation. The studio is very good for a stay, complete and the bedding is very good. Thank you very much to Claircine and her husband for taking care of my parents, it's perfect!

We spent our stay at this place with our toddlers. Very well equipped accommodation in a residence (former hotel) with a beautiful swimming pool and beach a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful beachfront restaurant and small shops in the same place . Ideally located to return to the port or marina in the early morning for excursions or shopping in the largest supermarkets Thank you, we'll be happy to come back

We had a very nice time. Especially the location with the bakery right around the corner and so close to the beach was great. The apartment is spacious and bright. It has everything you need.

We had a lovely stay. The place is spacious and functional. It is located in a very beautiful, wooded, quiet, beachfront residence. You have to go to the beach of light grapes so you don't get bothered by the rock bars. Very good restaurant La Plage at the entrance of the residence, very good Le Carré pizzeria nearby and very good bakery at the entrance of the residence.

The welcome was impeccable, as was the charm of the place. The instructions were clear and detailed. The apartment is tastefully decorated and VERY clean. This one has excellent bedding and all the necessary furniture. Very quiet place with a great view. I recommend it!

Great stay! The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Ultra clean and very cozy. The small beach and swimming pool are within a 5min walk, super convenient for a quick swim with the kids. Jeanine and Guy are very attentive and available hosts, their recommendations have allowed us to have a magnificent week. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to do everything, we'll have to come back;)

A real little nest of heaven! We were more than charmed by Laurence's place! Laurence is an exceptional host and in love with Guadeloupe, all our exchanges were a pleasure. The accommodation is clean, nothing missing. The pool is a real plus and is very nice to cool off with a ti' punch. We stayed in the house for more than three weeks. The decor is splendid around the pool, banana tree, palm tree etc... it feels good. Dear Laurence, doesn't change anything and I hope to see you soon!
