Stunning Villa very quiet surrounded by nature. Short taxi ride to lots of nearby places. Perfect if you want to be away from the nightlife but can easily get to by taxi. The pool was great the beds were super comfy Everything we needed would highly recommended

The cleaning of the villa was also excellent and flexible with our plans on the day. Would definitely return to visit this villa again.

Jeff’s place was very spacious and he was very quick to respond with any questions. The distance was about a kilometre and a half to the major shops and restaurants and easy walking. The indoor pool was great on those hot days. The apartment lends itself to both short and long term stays. My wife and I stayed there for 50 days (February - March 2025) and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Jeff.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place is beautifully designed with stylish grounds full of flowers and birds, which made it so peaceful and inviting. Everything was perfectly in place, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a longer stay. The lighting was great too, which made the space feel warm and comfortable. The pool was a real highlight. It was super private, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. We spent hours just hanging out there and felt completely at home. The host was fantastic, really friendly, and quick to respond. Honestly, this place exceeded our expectations and we’d go back in a heartbeat!

We had a memorable stay at Laurence's house in Pacific Palissade. The house is just amazing. The view is astonishing. Decoration is modern and of extreme high-quality. All standards are in fact of extre high-quality. The location is just perfect to visit both the east and west side of the island, with most beuatiful beaches just down the hill. Laurence and her team are very proactive and helpful, always extremely responsive to any ask. We are grateful for hosting us.

Everything was as described in the listing, the host was very welcoming and responsive to every inquiry. After arriving, a taxi was waiting to bring us to the place. The environment is very pleasant and quiet. Cleaning and change of towels done very well. Everything the landlord promised and fulfilled. Very satisfied - thank you.

What a beautiful villa. Yes it is I. The middle of a construction site but was pre warned and the price reflected this. Not a single complaint from myself and family, including a 9 year old. A little difficult for local taxis to find but ok if you drop a pin. I would definitely go back! Very private.
