Vacation rentals in Lalden

We spent 6 great days in Matteo's apartment! The location allows to make excursions to Milan as well as to Lake Maggiore (or others). Both can be reached directly from here by train. Behind the house is also a beautiful forest with nice hiking trails. In the kitchen we missed a few things, but the mother (lives upstairs, speaks only Italian) was very kind and helpful. She likes to borrow things. Overall, we were completely satisfied!

Sara is a very friendly and responsive host, and the place is absolutely lovely. It was nice staying in a true Walser house, it was charming and spotless. The walk up was fine for us, but just beware if you have any mobility issues at all. We are both 1.83 (6ft), and only needed to duck slightly in the bathroom, we didn’t mind it at all, the place is very cosy! We would (and probably will) stay here again :)

We stayed 6 nights. Apartment is extremely clean and very warm (i was barefoot most of the time). Two bathrooms are big plus and view from balcony is awesome. We went to many excursions (Oeschinensee, Zermatt, Gornergrat, Jungfraujoch, Schynige Platte, Wengen, Lauterbrunnen, First, Mannlichen, Interlaken, ...) and this location was perfect starting point. Toni was always ready to help and quickly responsive. Wish that we could have stay longer and hope that we will get back again.

We had the most amazing stay here. It surpassed all our expectations. The property has everything you could possibly need and everything was set up perfectly for us. Amazing stay for the whole family!

Listing as described. Very clean and functional. Conveniently located close to the center and all amenities. You can do anything on foot, a real plus especially with small children or to go skiing. We loved and enjoyed the Mont Blanc view as much as we enjoyed the beautiful church. We'll be back for sure.

It is a very cozy country house in the middle of the mountains on a small winery. We immediately fell in love with this location. The view of the mountains, Lake Maggiore hidden behind palm trees and pampas grass and the Verzasca dam is sensational. It was clean and everything you could need was there. A bit difficult to find, but thanks to Alberto's accessibility by phone, it went very well. A parking space is also available. You have great hiking opportunities, which Alberto sent us as a recommendation. In nearby Gordola you will also find everything you need. We are very happy to come back. We had a lovely stay! The cabin was very cosy, with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and a lovely little porch to sit on and enjoy the sun. Great location and easy to walk to town Valerie was very helpful and friendly, and provided detailed instructions for check in. She also makes lots of efforts with the little details in the cabin Would love to stay again!
