This place would be perfect for any larger group wanting to stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood centrally located in north Orange County. The house is large. It was spotless upon arrival, and check-in could not have been easier. The heat works very well, and all appliances are functioning. The beds are very comfortable, and each room has a fan and TV. The place would be ideal for families with small children, as the master bedroom has a crib, and there's a high chair downstairs. Owners were responsive -- at one point, the toilet backed up, but a plumber was sent over quickly to fix it. A very good stay.

Was a great place to stay! Private parking in the back. Would stay again.

David home was absolutely beautiful. What you see is what you get, the neighborhood was nice and peaceful, he communicate very well. I will most defiantly stay there again.

The home is beautiful, serene, and just as pictured. It in fact has two bedrooms with ensuites and an addition half bath. The view from the roof deck is stunning, 360°! We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds are super comfortable and the home and neighborhood is safe. So, close to shopping, the beaches or marinas. Host was very responsive and we appreciated the advice on local surroundings.

The home was very lovely and just as described and depicted in the images. Eva was very responsive and accommodating! If I plan to visit in the same area in the future, I will at staying here once more.

Love the place. We came for disney and the place was really close which help a lot. And the location is within great places to eat. Love that it was really private and the place look fantastic. Really match the pictures and host was really responsive to answer any questions and made sure that we were enjoying the place as well.

Clara and David's place is comfortable, well-appointed, and in a great location. (Don't miss the cakes at Alcove!). Clara and David went above and beyond by making sure I had baking equipment I needed for a potluck dessert. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying in Steve’s pool house! He was so welcoming and helpful. The house was perfect for our needs. I was able to cook complete meals, and the Murphy bed and linens were very comfortable. The backyard was private and amazing. Out of all the places we have stayed at, I felt the most comfortable there and left knowing we would return if available.

Levy was great! He was quick to respond and worked with our schedule. He even let us check in early to get our toddler down for a nap. The location is perfect! Would definitely stay again if we were to come back in the future.

Very clean and Gina helped us get an early check in which was very appreciated with our early morning trip. The house had a great layout and our crew had a great time coming from Minnesota to enjoy the Rose Bowl!

Place is a gem - easy to use, great backyard, very private. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but everyone drives in LA, so who cares. Would definitely recommend for a small family.

Would absolutely love to stay again. Everyone was so comfortable and had their own space. Perfect spacious layout with so much to do. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. 10/10 recommend!

As family of four- two toddlers, this place had everything we needed for our one week stay. We went to Disney California and Disneyland within three days and the traffic was bearable. Place was super clean and full of instructions. Peaceful neighborhood! I would totally recommend this place if you’re visiting LA.

Very cute house in safe, quiet neighborhood. The decor is cohesive, the furnishings were comfortable and the back yard garden is a peaceful retreat full of flowers and birds. Helpful and thoughtful hosts. Well stocked with supplies and very clean. We hope to return as the location is central to the Angels stadium and Disneyland.

We were so grateful to find this Air BnB so near to Hoag Hospital - it provided a wonderful retreat for us but was close enough that we could easily visit our loved one. Extra bonus were the beach chairs, which we used to watch the SpaceX launch. We needed batteries for the remote (after using them to power the thermostat), and the hosts immediately gave us a new set with no problem.
