The home was super cozy and accommodated all of our guests and was within driving distance to go anywhere fun including ferry to put in bay. The host was responsive after one small cleaning issue he showed up within 15 minutes and took care of the problem for us! Such a great pleasant stay!

Awesome place in DT Sandusky, literally 10 min away from Cedar Point. We originally were going to stay for 3 nights, but extended it to 4. Easy to find, quiet, and contained many amenities to call it home.

Had a wonderful week vacation at Island Club at Putin Bay. Nichole was a wonderful hostess!! Made everything about our reservation, check in and entire stay very easy and smooth and terrific communication. Highly recommend.. thanks Nichole!!

Brooke’s place was fantastic!! My family loved it - we felt right at home and very relaxed. The location and screened in front porch was the best. Everything was simple clean and comfortable and Brooke is very responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

Very unique experience, especially if you have a large group and want to rent out both of their locations! the pool and hottub are so lovely, and the backyard is gorgeous. the owners were very responsive and kind and had two adorable little dogs! each house is so uniquely fun. we would absolutely come back!

This place is awesome. So many things to do in the house to keep kids occupied when it’s cold or rainy.

A pleasant and peaceful area. The whole house was clean and fit the description and photos on the website. Easy instructions on checking in and and out. Off street parking was a plus and the ring cameras added to the sence of security. Our family would definitely book this location again if we are back in the area.

She was so helpful. We ran into a problem with a very nasty hotel and needed a new place quickly. She was able to get two houses ready very quickly for our group. She was so nice and so helpful.

The Cottage House was perfect for our family. It was a great space and had plenty of room for our 4 kids and great dane. There is 1 TV which the kids took over immediately, but there is board games available for family entertainment. The house had all the kitchen supplies you could need. We don't usually eat out and we made our meals at home, so I don't know about the local restaurants. Most activities are within a 15 min drive though. The house itself has a large wooded area behind it that was great for walks. Our dog loved that the most. There is a big fire pit with logs available. We wished we would have used it but we were so worn out by Cedar Point that we never got to. David and Guilda were very responsive hosts. They provided a lengthy list of things to do and recommendations for restaurants. This is a great place to stay.

Location, location, location!!! The beach was just a 5 minute walk (even with loads of beach toys, chairs, and floats- all provided by Cindy!) All 5 of our children (ages 1-18) enjoyed their time- fun for all ages! Cindy was overly accommodating for us throughout our time there. We have officially fallen in love with Lake Erie! 😍

Our stay was perfect! We enjoyed the old charm with updated kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Also, very walkable to a lot of locations. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Brian !

The house was as describe. Everything you needed to prepare meals. The host were very kind and proactive.

Great place for our crazy group! Friends and Family. Plenty of space for everyone. Had a water leak, but that was addressed. Felt secluded from neighbors which was a great feature of the location. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to stay in your home.

The house was beautiful and close to other family members that live there and that are in other bnbs. The only thing that would keeps us from staying there again is the late/early check in/checkout and also the high cleaning fee. The host always responded to our questions very quickly.

David & Christine's home was emaculate & well kept and stocked. These two are engaged 100% into making sure their guest feel comfortable & safe. We happen to be staying during a snow storm & they were there, unseen, putting down ice melt and shoveling. Just very concerned about our well-being.

One problem! Check in at 4, but check out at 11. Not a full two days. A lost of 5 hours. Check in should have been at 11.

Ted's place was awesome! Excellent place to spend a relaxed weekend with family and friends. You feel at home. The house is really spacious, the rooms are impecable! We were a family of 10 and were really comfortable. Everything was provided by Ted, you really don't need to bring anything extra but your clothes and toiletry. You can fish from the porch right on the beautiful Lake Erie. Ted was very responsive and polite. I would definitely be staying at his place again.

Stephanie's place was perfect for us! It was easy to find, check-in was simple, and the place was spacious and clean. We had 3 generations of family there, and we had plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped - - more than other places we've stayed. Because it was a cold winter weekend, we couldn't enjoy the outside space (including a grill) or the park on the water, but those would be nice to use in warmer months. If you are visiting the area for something at Sandusky Sports Complex, like we were, or going to Cedar Point, this place would be a great location only a few miles away. It's not a long drive, but gets you away from the crowds and noise.

We reserved this home for a nearby family visit and it was everything we needed! We had a cozy master bedroom and each kid had their own bedroom. It was easy for me to quick drive into Port Clinton to go on my morning runs and also easy to drive down to Fremont to visit family. We will definitely look to reserve this home in the future when we are visiting family again.

Very nice, extremely clean and a great location. I look forward to going there every year! Nathan is an outstanding host!
