Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Wylie

Such a great price for this stay. The location is awesome. We had such a fun time! Rumbling Bald did not disappoint. We have a 3.5 yr old and it was perfect for her - the swimming pools, beach with playground, etc The kitchen is minimal and there isn’t a freezer so you have to be prepared to cook with that in mind or eat out often!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Linda and Robb were very accommodating. We felt right at home. Robb made some wonderful recommendations about the resort.

Blin's place was spotless, comfortable and the view was stunning - Fall leaves were in full color while we were there. The bathrooms were spacious and clean - the water was hot with good pressure. The king bed in the master was supportive and comfortable. I heard no complaints about the bunk room beds the kids used. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. All appliances worked well. It was muddy while we were there so we rolled up the light colored rugs so we didn't accidentally stain them. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of area for him to run and the streets were quiet for a walk along the road. There are steps all the way to the water which will be amazing for lake access in the summer. As it was cold while we were there and the lake was still recovering from Hurrican Helene, we did not get in the water. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Our family of three, along with our dog, had a wonderful stay. We arrived later in the evening than expected due to a long day of driving, but were immediately welcomed upon gaining easy access to the accommodation. Denise had taken the time to ensure every detail was attended to, including some above-and-beyond individualized touches for our daughter, our dog and the Thanksgiving holiday for which we were in town. The apartment was beautiful, clean and cozy, allowing us to relax and unwind comfortably throughout our stay. The backyard is well thought out for both humans and canine companions. Denise was proactive and eagerly responsive to any and all communications. Her friendly demeanor shined through in all facets. We had a fantastically enjoyable experience in all regards, and fully recommend this property to any and all.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature beauty and its critters, walkable restaurants, balcony overlooking tributary of Lake Norman, peacefully quiet and best part is neighbors are super friendly! I will highly recommend Chris's place a lovely second home.

John is “the” host! We had a great time in his property. The property has everything you need to have a great time. You can fish, swim in the pond, play pool, etc. John takes really good care of you, cannot ask for a better host!

The stay was great, our hosts were wonderful. House was everything we could’ve asked for and the price was much better for our group than trying to book a hotel. So glad we found this place and would definitely rent again!

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

We had an amazing time for our family Christmas. The home was perfect with a wonderful yard for the kids to play in, board games for everyone, a great game room and lots of room to spread out. We will definitely use this property again.

This place was the perfect lake getaway for 2 families of 4. Kate was very responsive and the house was very well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

such a beautiful home. it felt like home right away, it has a great amount of space for 7 people, comfortable furniture, they have every kitchen appliance that you’d ever need and the hot tub is the nicest one i’ve ever seen at an airbnb. the host is helpful and responsive, i didn’t have any troubles with anything because they made it so easy for us to get in. perfect home with a great stay

Our stay at Caitlin’s was perfect! With three young kids we had plenty of space to run around and explore outside and eat, play and sleep inside! The house is a dream come true for kids - there was a fun bunkbed, toys and games in the living room, a playset outside, a tube slide from the back porch down to the yard, a hammock and a fire pit to roast marshmallows. The house and location felt comfortable, safe and clean. Caitlin provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed the transpiration museum in Spencer and all the parks and playgrounds around Salisbury and Lexington. Everything was an easy car ride away. We will definitely be back!

This is a perfect spot when visiting the area. There is much to do in the surrounding areas, but having access to the Rumbling Bald resort is a great perk. Great place, great location, and great host! I know I will be back again!

Very cute condo. Resort access was nice to have as there is not much to do but n the area without driving 30-40mins. But with the resort access, you have several pools, a beach, and lots of other things that will keep you busy. The condo is a good size for two people. The added perk of being able to bring our dog was nice. The kitchen is limited- small air fryer and stove top with minimal container options for putting things in the microwave, but we were able to make it work since we were only there a few days. There is a Keurig with coffee pods, which was nice. Overall, the place is clean, dog friendly, with nice access to a resort.

The name says it all… Delilah’s Retreat and this just what it is. It made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped inside. It’s impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything is supplied with exception of food. I would definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you James for offering such a lovely place.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

We did a last minute trip to Lake Lure and we are extremely happy with our host Alicia and her place. Everything was clean and has plenty of supplies. Worked out perfect for family of 4. Alicia is very responsive and super easy to work with. We will definitely recommend her place.

The accommodations were nice and clean, covering the necessities without frills, but it met our needs. The sunrise views are absolutely stunning! Bring your own shower toiletries, none were provided.
