Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Washington

Charming apartment in a historic building with a nice view of the ocean. Well equipped for our family vacation. Quiet quaint neighbourhood and just a short walk down the hill to get to the main shopping area in Port Townsend.

We loved our stay with Jerry and Sara. They provided snacks and staples for us which were very good and helpful! We will certainly return as we are in the area often.

Just lovely and beautiful view. Peaceful. Great place to relax after a busy day of seeing family and friends. Coffee in the morning looking out over the sound was delightful. Hosts were wonderful, clean apartment, everything we needed, and just a perfect size. Hope to be back sooner rather than later. Highly recommend the Suite View!

Amazing location! Loved walking along Alki beach with our dog both at night and during the day. Highly recommend for an individual or couple looking for a comfortable stay in Seattle; we would love to return.

My husband had heart surgery and sadly he passed during my stay at Kim & Chuck’s. They were so helpful and compassionate in continuing my stay. Their kindness was above and beyond.

Had a great stay at MJ’s place! 5min walk to the North Admiral main strip and just a bit farther to Alki Beach. Everything was just as advertised and MJ was super responsive. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place for our family getaway. Two bedrooms plus the sleeping couch in the living room meant we all had our private spaces. We were able to cook as well as go to fabulous restaurants within walking distance. We loved walking along the water every day, even in the rain. After getting soaked, Regina and Bo's place was a great refuge for cribbage and reading.

I had assumed that the beautiful ocean photos were a bit of an exaggeration, but they weren't! You truly are just a flight of stairs from the beach, and the glass doors open up to a gorgeous ocean view. Linda was always super responsive, friendly, and helpful. I didn't get as much work done as I'd hoped, but who could with ocean views like that? I had a lovely time, and the bride and groom were happy for some respite sipping coffee by the sea, far far away from the hectic wedding, too!

We had a lovely girls weekend here. The house has a quaint cabin feel right on the beach. The place was very clean and we loved having a fireplace as it was rainy and gray outside. Not big, but had lovely sun room. Stairs to upstairs pretty steep with no bathroom up there, but was not an issue for our group.

What a magical little cabin right down on the water! Everything was very clean, the essentials were well stocked, and communication was prompt and friendly. We were here in mid-December to celebrate an early Christmas, and there were adorable Christmas touches, including a small tabletop tree. It made our time extra festive. As explained in the description, there is a bit of a hike up and down from the parking to the cabin, so could be tricky for a person with mobility issues. I am eager to return!

Lovely and spacious home---and oh, that expansive water view of the Saratoga Passage! We were lucky to see some orcas in the distance. Even on our rainy days, the cozy fireplace and open floor plan made Whidbey Beach House a special place to "stay home" when not exploring Whidbey Island.

We had an amazing stay at Ben’s beachside property! Ben was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and had all the amenities exactly as listed, plus plenty of parking for our large group. The view was absolutely stunning, with stairs that lead directly down to the beach—perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves. The large communal space was a great hangout spot, with a huge window overlooking the water. We even spotted some seals and eagles during our stay, which was a real treat. Though we didn’t get to use the private pickleball court due to rain, it’s a great added space on a sunny day. We chose to utilize the indoor game room instead. Overall, a fantastic place to unwind.

Peggy and Eric’s delightful beach house is the perfect getaway, offering breathtaking waterfront views in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood just 60 miles north of Seattle. The house is impeccably clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The WiFi connection is excellent for streaming & work/Zoom meetings (if you must!). Shops and restaurants are conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds: seclusion and accessibility. This spot is perfect for a weekend retreat or an extended stay to recharge and relax. Peggy and Eric go above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift: a bottle of wine and freshly roasted coffee beans from Camano Island Roasters (my fav!). When I had WiFi issues (my bad), they were incredibly responsive and helpful, even on a Saturday night. I had an amazing stay there and hope to visit again soon!

We all have a great time at Sandy Hook. Very unique community, with fantastic views. The whole island lost power after a major wind storm on Friday night. We were without power on Saturday, but Darrell made sure we stayed comfortable by delivering firewood, instructions for generator and helping, troubleshooting and navigating our needs.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s spacious, lovely and well maintained as well as stocked with everything you could possibly think of. And the best part is the location and that view. Absolutely spectacular. We loved our time here and hope to come back in the summer.

This is my second time staying here and I am thrilled with property. Beautiful place, abundant linens, towels and pillows and the view is amazing. Well stocked in kitchen with everything you need for cooking, bathrooms well stocked and the furnishings are beautiful. This is my favorite Airbnb. Can’t wait for my next trip

Our family stayed at this beautiful apartment for almost two months and we could not have asked for a better stay. Christina was beyond accommodating. Not only were any questions answered right away, she anticipated issues we didn’t even know we had. For example, when the temperature jumped a few degrees, she emailed us the location of all the units fans and then just went ahead and installed new AC units - without our mentioning a thing! From the moment we walked in, it was clear there was a lot of thought about the guest experience from a lovely bottle of wine to a well stocked pantry and very nice cooking tools. The apt is cozy and immaculate with an amazing view of Oyster Bay and the Olympics. The balcony is wonderful for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The location is super convenient to the freeway and to shopping and restaurants. The complex is incredibly quiet and private - we saw neighbors maybe 3 times in two months. Everything about the stay was great.

Came here for a girls weekend. I love this location and being right on the beach on Mutiny Bay, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on Whidbey, you are not far from Coupville or Langley. My heart is on Whidbey as my parents retired and lived here, and I have fond memories of being up here, so I always try to find a way to stay here every year. Well stocked, beautiful bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and great view from the living room and Patio. There is a path down a slight hill that leads you to the beach. To note, there are stairs going down to the entrance and if you arrive at night it can be pretty dark, they do have a motion light that comes on but does not stay on very long and there is a key box with a rolling combination that was really hard to see the numbers to get the key out of the box , we had to try several times to get it to open. Suggestion it would be great if they updated the lock on the door to a keyless door entry. Will be back to stay, loved it.

We had an amazing stay at Jason & Courtney’s condo in Seattle! The location was absolutely perfect—walking distance to the piers and Pike Place Market, making it super convenient to explore the area. The condo itself was spotless, with a great layout, a balcony, and a stunning water view that we thoroughly enjoyed. Jason and Courtney were fantastic hosts and incredibly gracious, accommodating our check-in and checkout times due to our flight schedule, which made everything so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Seattle. It’s 5 stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The condo is beautiful with lots of windows to enjoy the view. Well furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. I love that Mario supply visitors with good quality salt, pepper, oil ect in the kitchen..

Fantastic location, steps away from the waterfront and Pikes Place Market. There is a new hiking and biking trail under construction right out front! Can’t wait to return. Jeri was a delightful and responsive host.

we stayed at Katie's while our home was being remodeled. The beds were comfortable, towels were nice, great parking, and very accessible.

Very nice place overall. I was only slightly disappointed that there was a dwelling between the house and the lake as I had intended to keep my boat at the dock. Ultimately it was no problem at all for me as I kept my boat elsewhere and just picked it up each day. Very responsive and very clean place. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone looking to be near the lake.
