James place is in a great location especially if you are going to visit Baylor. It is safe and nice. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated James is a great host!

This was our 2nd stay at songbird haven and was another wonderful stay. We will be returning in 2025. Would highly recommend

Great place-didn't have access to the pool the first day but was a great condo and location was convenient for our stay.

This is a fabulous option for people traveling for work especially. It was so cozy and decorated so cute, I felt instantly at home. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was so clean inside and out. Host was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable with a TV in each room. Ive already booked another stay with this host, knowing it will be another 5 star experience so I can focus on my work when I am in town.

Love, love, love this place! Our family stayed in Waco for the Thanksgiving holiday and we could not have picked a better Airbnb home and host. The house felt warm and inviting as soon as we walked through the door. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen and family room. (Our family game night was a blast!) The bedrooms were perfectly adorned with very comfortable beds and just the right accents to keep the open feel. Spacious shared bathrooms separate the bedrooms on each side of the hallway. We attended the Baylor football game and you're literally 5 minutes away from the stadium. This property is gated, and the neighborhood was really quiet during our stay. The host, Rossana is very responsive & had a sweet treat waiting for us when we checked in. I highly recommend this property and give it 5-stars!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and had just about anything we needed. Clear instructions, easy check in, clean and tidy, with private parking. The house is on a busy road but the description clearly stated that noise was a possibility and we didn’t mind it one bit. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Lovely older home remodeled with additional tasteful windows to bring in huge amount of light. Very cute and tasteful furnishings. Lovely tile backsplash in the well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds! Having 3 generations of women, including a teenager, in the home, the bathrooms were very accessible to all of us. The deck and backyard were points that attracted us to the listing. Unfortunately the cold, rainy wintry weekend in Waco did not allow us to enjoy the deck. However, we opened all the blinds to allow us the long vista of the backyard and the view which included lovely, tall pecan trees. The Fire Station across the street afforded a sense of security and the well insulated house assured that we barely heard the sirens which only went off twice during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and serene as well. Desiree was a very responsive host and we deeply enjoyed our stay in her lovely home and in Waco. So much to see and do in Waco - we will be back!

This was my wife and I second time and we were blown away again. nothing is like that view from either decks. we love sitting outside and just listening to the sounds. after coming here 09/2023 we knew we had to come back. Best part was we were able to bring the pups. Even our supper high energy girl was super relaxed and they both loved all the new smells. we will be back many more times!

We stayed at Home Away from Home to visit family and the house was very comfortable. Joe was very friendly and we really enjoyed getting to meet him, he made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed and checked in throughout our stay. We would recommend this house to anyone going to the Gatesville area and will gladly stay there again on our next visit.

Amanda has a beautiful home that is clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet area and we enjoyed our stay very much. Amanda is responsive and we would love to stay in her home on our next trip!

Well appointed apartment that is perfect for a small family or friends with a great amenities. Love the easy exit unlike other rentals that treat guests as a cleaning service.

For the most part the place was great. It had some rough areas. The mattress in the front bedroom was very hard to sleep on and it was hot as heck in that room. Other then that was a nice place for the money.

Excellent accommodations and a great location. Extremely easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

This is my fourth time staying at the cozy condo and it is the perfect place to stay when visiting my Baylor student. Jan is a wonderful host and the place is fantastic.

This property was very comfortable and homey. I enjoyed the decor and furniture was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and I enjoyed the tub in the master bath!! All instructions were very clear on how to manage the property. We had a bit of a time trying to get into the property but the "Plan B - in case of trouble" worked really well. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had all we needed to cook and felt right at home. I recommend this property when passing through Waco.

Great place to stay for a weekend away and walking distance to Magnolia. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.
