Lake houses in Lake Waco

The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I stayed here with 18+ people, and it didn’t feel overcrowded at all! It was a great space to hangout, and it was exactly what my friends and I needed. The house was very nice with plenty of amenities, and the front yard was such a fun hangout spot (especially at night with the great lighting). The beautiful lake is within walking distance, and it was absolutely perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, and I hope we’ll be back one day!

Kathryn’s place was great! Loved the big backyard for my dog, neighborhood was very peaceful and the home was very spacious. I would stay here again at anytime.

Out in the country, old farmhouse on a pretty piece of property! Greeted with a bottle of wine and a bucket of candy…always lovely! The kitchen had anything and everything you could want. Plenty of games and activity books for the whole family. The beds were so comfortable! We didn’t use it, but great eating area and seating on the back deck. Occasionally the cows and horses would be in the fenced area next to the house which we loved! We would stay again!

We came for a quick weekend trip, attended a concert at the Backyard (great venue) hit all the boutiques and farmer’s market on Saturday that was just a few blocks from the house. Plenty of room for 4 of us with everything we could possibly need. Loved the house, linens, and the decor. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay on the lake. The house was fully loaded with games for the kids, indoor and outdoor activities and all the amenities you would need. We have stayed in lots of rentals and this by far was the most well stocked accommodations we have stayed in. We loved every minute of our time there.

It was a nice Airbnb and exactly what we needed! Very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! Sitting on the porch was very peaceful and relaxing watching all the birds. Charles was very informative about the area and stores/restaurants close by. Would love to stay here again for a longer trip!

We booked Cassie’s place last minute due to complications at another listing. She was very quick to get us booked and had us set up and ready to go within an hour or so. The house was wonderful and very peaceful. The house has plenty of amenities that met our needs and great views! I would definitely book this place again and I would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet while they are seeing what Waco, Texas has to offer.

Very cozy home nestled in a lakes side community, there’s a boat ramp just within walking distance . The master bedroom has an impressive surprise of a huge tiled walk down in shower. As well as a door that goes straight to the screened in porch I found more than convenient. The parking is plentiful, my team had three vehicles and an enclosed trailer . No issues with space at all there was room for more . You could easily have three full truck and boat rigs parked here maybe 4 . Best part for me was the security on the property, it has cameras all around it which made me feel secure about being there and my possessions being safe outside . I use air bnb on a monthly basis and this is most definitely a property I will use again when in the area . The host is extremely helpful and friendly , I highly recommend if you’re in the area. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage near Lake Whitney! The location was serene and peaceful, perfect for a quiet getaway. The cottage itself was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the clear and easy instructions provided for check-in. The fire pit added an extra cozy touch, making our evenings even more special. Dusti, our host, went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The privacy and tranquility of the property made it the perfect retreat. We can't wait to come back!

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay here. It was super relaxing and we popped into town a couple of times for dinner. But being out at the country home was perfect. We even got lucky and saw a flock of wild turkey a couple of times. We would definitely come back here.

Cute, well thought out nice home right on the lake!! The hot tub and lake access are a huge plus. The house has nice touches and feels comfortable. Also- there’s a ping pong table! Unfortunately, it was raining the weekend we went so we didn’t spend too much time at the lake but would love to come back in the summer!!

It was perfect for what we needed! Stacie was super great and the house has what you need for a good little getaway!

Very communicative owner. Home was perfect for our need to have somewhere close to stay near relatives in Whitney TX. Highly recommend. Stay was during winter but we could imagine this being a fun summer location.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and myself met there to go to a wedding at a nearby venue and stayed 2 nights. This was the perfect location since we were coming from east Texas and our daughter and son-in-law were coming from the Austin area. Beautiful views and very clean home. The pool was very enjoyable, too. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend this place. We only had 4 people, but the home can accommodate plenty more. Thank you, Jessica. Very unique and spacious property. Is subdivided essentially into two cabins so when things get loud on one side, you can retreat to the other. Lots of space outside as well.

Armando and his place were amazing! We’d stay there again because it truly felt like home away from home. He was helpful and responsive and the home was clean and cozy.

My family loved our stay at the farmhouse! Very peaceful, and lots of open space to relax and even say hi to the cows next door. The bunk bed room is great if traveling with kids. House was clean, and host was responsive to any questions we had. It’s a great location, near yummy food: Cafe Homestead and Red Wagon BBQ, and short drive into Waco if you’re planning to see all things Magnolia-related. Beds were comfy, and big kitchen space and living room area.

Thanks Kristi! What a kind and caring host! This little spot is just barely out town in a peaceful surrounding but so close to easily get into Waco in minutes. The group of ladies who stayed all had smiles and joy on departure even taking a group picture out front to remember their time.

Great place for my extended family to stay. Pool hot tub was great place to relax after the busy day. This place was perfect and the pictures were right on.

This barndominium was super cute, such a peaceful location, and the host was great about answering my questions. We had a family, girl trip and had such a great time hanging out, and enjoying the fire pit. The home was roomy enough to be comfortable in our own rooms, and great kitchen and living area. Even the bathrooms with multiple sectioned off areas, allowed showering to be separate from potty areas. Such a great layout. If visiting the area again, we’d love to stay again.

We truly enjoyed our spring break at this oasis in Waco! We got to do our sightseeing and then got to come back to a clean and comfortable house! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was lots of everything in the house, so if you needed it, I am sure you could find it there! Awesome place!!
