Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Tulloch

Overall, we loved our experience and found it to be a great place for families. I did have to message the host for access instructions on our way there, as we hadn't received them, but it was the day after Christmas, so we totally understood. Upon arrival, the door code did not work, but Kelly was very responsive to our situation and helped us figure it out. There were some random toys left out in a couple of the spaces and when we happened to see under the couch, it REALLY felt like home 😆 Could use a little deeper cleaning maybe. There was also a TON of full garbage bags in the garage already as the bin was full, but again, a holiday week so I assume pickup service was off schedule. On the second day of our stay, we also messaged to ask about how to use the living room fireplace but didn't get a response. All in all, the place was close to perfection. Very cozy and felt like home. We would definitely go back!

Rating 5, everything was great, the owner is very responsive. The apartment is cozy, good condition and quality. Be careful with the door to the back yard, if you go out and slam it you will not be able to open it from the outside and return to the house. Also a little embarrassed by the camera directed at the jacuzzi and barbecue area.

This home was perfect for my family. The kids loved finding crayons and construction paper. My littles exclaimed, “They like kids here! Excellent host. I will book here again.

A great home for my family when visiting Modesto over the holidays. The house was clean and beds comfortable. The location with access to the garage for parking is a great benefit. We will hopefully be able to book this home for all our future trips.

We spent the night on a work trip/road trip, and everything was great. Good parking, comfortable furniture, good selection of dinning wear, very very very comfortable beds. Ridiculously comfortable beds. A nice place at a great price - seemed very family friendly as well.

Wonderful clean accommodations. Great communication with host. House was stocked with clean linens, towels and kitchen supplies. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

I had a great stay at James’s place it was very peaceful and quiet. James was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. I love the setup I would definitely book again! Highly recommend to other guest!

This is our second time staying here - this is our favorite AirBNB that we have ever stayed at and we plan to keep returning. Such a beautiful, cozy, well located spot, that is so well equipped and always perfect. The hosts are always super responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

The place was amazing, it snowed out and it was gorgeous. Its connected to the house, however, its very private. Plenty of space and amenities, the host was really sweet. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and has all the essentials. Very close to main area of town but just outside it. One shared wall with neighbor through which you can hear murmurs of voices but did not disturb us. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices and essentials. Washer and dryer in unit was convenient. Would stay again!

Ginger’s place was great, offered everything we needed. Very modernized bathroom & well-decorated overall. Would recommend staying here if you’re planning a multi-day Yosemite NP trip.

It felt like home! I loved every moment there. We were near stores, and restaurants, everything was so close by! I had an amazing stay and will definitely be staying again!

Great location with lots of activities to do in the country club ! Very close to Yosemite national park. Alan was very helpful and quick to respond .

Me and my friends had a great experience staying here, it was so easy to check in and get situated. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made this weekend getaway so pleasant.

I don’t remember having such a good sleep in a long time…feels like a second home away from home, everything is clean and organized…comfortable bed and room….cats are welcoming and friendly….plenty of space in the ref and freezer, full access to the complete kitchen with all the needed appliances for cooking and reheating food..secure and accessible parking as well…Planning to stay longer next round!
