Great location clean and quiet

We traveled with friends to enjoy the Lodi and Amador County wineries. This house is in a perfect location near downtown Lodi. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. Convenient to nearby grocery shopping options. It's located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood with a small-town character. House was as advertised, very cozy, homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and basic needs. Allen is a gracious host and responded quickly to all of our questions. All appliances were available, clean and in great working order. We are looking forward to our next Lodi vacation and plan to stay here again!

A great home for my family when visiting Modesto over the holidays. The house was clean and beds comfortable. The location with access to the garage for parking is a great benefit. We will hopefully be able to book this home for all our future trips.

As I started to say earlier this place was simply Breathtakingly beautiful with the attention to detail in every corner, The Availability of all the things that you would need to live comfortably at home , from the extra towels,and sheets,to the TV monitors in every room including outdoors on the patio, the propane grill, and the utter silence in the neighborhood, let me say I loved it so much that I hope that they will allow us to return in a couple of months from now.Once again Ty for allowing us to stay at your place Nick and Sharon 😀🙏🏿

We loved our stay in this apartment! The location is perfect, right downtown Sonora with all the historic downtown shops and restaurants within blocks. We loved sitting on the balcony above Washington Street and watched the world go by. The apartment was clean and modern and comfortable and had everything we needed!

We had two adults and two kids (7 and 5) on our trip. Connie's place was very clean and had a great set up. We especially appreciated the kitchen amenities like a cast iron pan and oils. Thanks very much Connie!

Gingers place was amazing loved the butterfly theme. The colors it gave it a nice feel. Would definitely recommend her place. She also was able to allow me to check in an hour early. Thank you Ginger for sharing your place.

The apartment is conveniently located about an hour drive from Yosemite and very close to downtown Mariposa. The apartment was very cozy and well prepared for our arrival. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Yosemite!
