We had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches really made us feel at home. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and it couldn’t have been more amazing. The location is gorgeous - a really nice, peaceful older neighborhood with big trees that were beautiful in fall. The house itself was so lovely. Cozy, comfortable couch and beds. A huge backyard that my dog loved exploring. The host always responded within a couple of hours. She even left some treats for my friend and I, and for my dog as well, which was such a nice little surprise. This house has everything you need, too. I’m an overpacker, but I probably could have shown up with just my clothes and been just fine. This host has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into this place, which made for an amazing stay. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re staying in Modesto.

Jennifer could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She was immediately available when a couple of questions came up. We rented her place so that our extended family could get together for Thanksgiving. It was well appointed, very easily accommodated 8 people, was very family friendly, and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. We look forward to renting again.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a perfect location right on the main drag. We loved having a balcony to look over the street and just hang out with a cup of coffee. The unit was nice and had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again.

Connie’s place is warm and cozy. Very quiet place and close to snow park. She also invited our family to her church’s annual Christmas musical and it was fantastic. Would stay in her place next time we want snow play.

Had a wonderful time at this place: kitchen is fully stocked, had everything we needed. A lot of space in the apartment, host is very responsive, place was very clean and everything worked without issues (shower, dishwasher, washer etc.). Would love to come back.

This was such a cute place to stay! The patio area was so adorable. The shower was really great and we loved that they had a washer/dryer in unit. The patio area is super nice, there were some super friendly neighborhood cats that came around to visit with us. We rented a car while in state and it was nice to have an off the street parking spot. Price is very good and they even let us stay an extra night last minute! The only thing I will say is the bed seems like it’s a queen size and not a king, and the pillows were a tad flat. We would absolutely stay here again though!

We were visiting family in the area and felt right at home at Janette’s. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of space and enough beds for everyone. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to book the Loft next time we are in town.

This BNB will forever be my favorite and most memorable! I got engaged in this house and it was a FREAKING surprise. So, many happy memories were created during this trip. Aside from that, the location was great! The place was clean and well kept. I felt right at home. The bed was comfy, rainfall shower head was amazing and decor was nice as well. Thank you again for allowing my now fiancée and I to stay in your home. Definitely will be back(:

Great location with lots of activities to do in the country club ! Very close to Yosemite national park. Alan was very helpful and quick to respond .

Me and my friends had a great experience staying here, it was so easy to check in and get situated. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made this weekend getaway so pleasant.

Great Airbnb.. facilities like new, beautifully clean, towels a plenty and very nice bed linen. Kitchen nicely provisioned. Driveway parking greatly appreciated and we felt very safe and cosy. It was an extra treat to be welcomed by Christmas lights as we opened the door that evening. Highly recommend

Highly recommended! Two thumbs up! Good communication, flexible, kind, and a very understanding host! I don’t remember having such a good sleep in a long time…feels like a second home away from home, everything is clean and organized…comfortable bed and room….cats are welcoming and friendly….plenty of space in the ref and freezer, full access to the complete kitchen with all the needed appliances for cooking and reheating food..secure and accessible parking as well…Planning to stay longer next round!
