Vacation rentals with a kayak in Lake Sammamish

This is our third reservation. Jia was a fantastic host. She went out of her way to assure that we had a very pleasant and relaxing time! We would highly recommend staying here.

Grateful for another pleasant stay at Joan’s… always seasonally and tastefully decorated, with ample space & sleep options. Living area on one floor is very accommodating to our needs. Water & mountain views nearby make it a desirable location for us. Flexibility with check-in is very much appreciated. We look forward to our next visit!

The house was beautiful and well stocked. we had a great time and Dave was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The “light filled Lake house” was exactly that and more. Extremely comfortable beds and living area. We were able to have our family visit us and enjoy a meal together because the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to make a meal. This home is very private and peaceful so a vehicle is necessary to get out and about for daily activities other than spending a day by the lake which is right outside the back door. Kristine had coffee, trash bags, sandwich bags and other necessities available that we did not expect, which was a pleasant surprise. The Kayaks are not available in the Winter which is understandable, however our days were busy visiting family and sight seeing. Gig harbor (gorgeous!) 20 mins drive away. Seattle, one hour away with a thoroughly enjoyed Ferry ride. We highly recommend this home as your accommodations.

Great relaxing place to stay outside Seattle!!! Clean, quiet, and beautiful

We had a nice stay at Michael’s place, we enjoyed the river and garden and how much he put into his outdoor space. The home was clean and well kept. He had lots of recommendations for the river area and we appreciated that.

My friends and I spent the weekend here as a birthday getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It’s spacious, has so many fun amenities, and was overall a great place for a group looking to relax and spend time together

Brad was a gracious host and the bottle of wine was an unexpected gift! Felt like staying at a close family member's guest home. The hot tub was spotless. Felt like we were the first to use it! The gas fire on the patio was a nice touch. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best for our weekend to use the canoe or kayaks or paddle boards, but we hope to come back another time and get to use those! Oh and the sound system for the tv was also awesome with a comfy couch and the king bed was very comfortable! Often places skimp on the bed and we slept very nicely on this one (not too soft or too firm, and didn't sink in the middle!). The shower with two independently controlled water temps was also very nice. Overall it was just a perfect place for a great price. Highly recommended!!

Very beautiful cottage on the lake. Loved the view and peaceful surroundings. Stayed 5 nights and we enjoyed every minute. Thanks so much for letting us spend our Christmas at such a wonderful place.

Alysia’s home was a wonderful place for our stay! The unit was extremely clean and comfortable, and the setting was very peaceful and idyllic. We look forward to being able to stay here again, including the farm fresh eggs that were shared with us!

The Heron Haus was more than we anticipated and well above our expectations. This unassuming house from the roadway took our breath away once we entered the home and absolutely blew our minds once we stepped out onto the rear deck. The furnishings are cozy and made for a very relaxing getaway for me and my wife. I highly recommend the Heron Haus for any couple that is looking for a peaceful and romantic place to stay. We could have stayed for weeks. We didn’t have enough time to use the hot tub, but my wife sure the loved the tub inside. We added an in home couples massage to kick off our stay and will definitely make that a must do on our next visit. Hopefully soon. The sunrises over the water are incredible and sea life is abundant. The list goes on with the many amazing things about this home and its location. Also a big thanks to Alex and Colleen. Thanks for being so supportive and accommodating. We had a great time and can’t wait to have another getaway there.

This is an incredible spot. Secluded, quiet, and beautiful. Had all the necessary amenities and the hot tub was perfect. Google maps gives weird directions but it was easy enough to find. Booked again before our stay even ended.

We had a wonderful time. Every hour we are amazed at the change in landscape, tides and wildlife. The view from the cottage surpassed our high expectations. Truly breathtaking vistas are very nearby, like Ebey''s Landing and Deception Pass. The cottage was perfect. Memories we will never forget.

We loved staying in this airbnb! It was charming and historical but updated and perfectly appointed. It was a great location, super close to Seattle and right on the water. We spent lots of time on the porch looking at the beautiful views and hanging out at the beach right across the street. It was perfect size for our family of 3 and was toddler friendly with no stairs. We would without a doubt stay here again!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the private dock was amazing—even in the winter. Having a park next door was a great bonus, and the home itself had such a fun and whimsical layout. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful travel/stay guide with local recommendations on things to do and places to eat. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add some full-length mirrors. With five girls and only two small mirrors in the bathrooms, they would have been really helpful! The only thing we didn’t love was the security camera on the back porch. While we understand the need for the Ring doorbell on the garage and front entrance, it would have been nice to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful deck and lake without wondering if someone was watching. That said, Collin was incredibly responsive and even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was stocked great amenities, and we truly felt at home!

Beautiful view and very comfortable home for the six of us. Annie was a wonderful host and it was nice to have a kitchen that had the utensils, pans etc that we needed. There are several steps to the house, but they provided a handrail and lighten which really helped. This place is a winner!

We loved our stay and the house/property was BEAUTIFUL!! It was the perfect place to retreat from the hustle of the city and spend a special weekend with close family. From the house, you overlook the Puget Sound and can see the Olympic mountains (on a clear day). Beautiful master room and bathroom. Kitchen was very well stocked, and the owners/hosts were incredibly responsive to our questions and needs. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to visit again on a future trip.

Private, peaceful (in winter), and extremely clean

Lovely, quiet cabin. Great place to get away, read a book, do a puzzle, hang out in the hot tub. The temp was in the teens at night and the pellet stove kept us nice and warm. Watching the sunrise over the river and the icy landscape was a treat every morning. We’re definitely coming back during warm weather. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing weekend.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, offering plenty of natural light throughout the space. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind. Whether relaxing indoors to watch nature or sitting outside by the fire to soak in the view, the atmosphere was serene and inviting. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, ensuring a restful experience. The kitchen was modern, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a seamless stay. Its location was also a huge plus—close to both downtown Bellevue and Seattle, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed retreat with breathtaking views!

Tracy’s place was magical , beautiful, peaceful, cute, cozy! Highly recommended her place. Heaters were perfect, we actually had to turn off a few because it was too warm. I wanted coffee but the breaker went out so unfortunately did not get my coffee but we used the oven for pizza and everything else works perfectly fine. Kitchen is fully equipped. We saw 3 deers , I felt like q Disney princes hahaha . Beautiful location . 10/10 I will go back !!!
