Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

We had a wonderful time staying at Emerald Isle in David and Wanda's condo. Location was great; right on the lake, very peaceful...this time of year there were not many people around so that was nice. Pool area was good; not completely ready (we asked for chairs to sit on as they weren't out yet) and bathrooms by the pool weren't available until 3rd day of our stay. Hot tub was wonderful, pool was cold...again beginning of the season so all was understandable. Condo was perfect for us and David and Wanda were very responsive to any messages. Looking forward to staying there again!

Matcha house is a lovely older home that has been well done in an updated style that maintains its charm. The neighborhood is quiet, a few blocks from the downtown bustle of activities. Kathleen was very polite, gave plenty of local tips and responded quickly to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend to a couple or small family looking to enjoy the Hot Springs area.

Lauren's home was near the convention center where we had activities all weekend. We arrived and there was horrible weather and there were a couple roof leaks, but we let her know and she took care of it right away. The home smelled great and was quaint and clean. She provided many board games and a foosball table and dart board which were great for the kids. We had fun.

Had a great stay! Loved the location so peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to all the city activities. I was visiting my son in college and this was the perfect location to spend the day out and about and wind down in a country setting and spend some quality time with my son in the evening. Had everything we needed to cook a few meals in, so spacious for being so tiny. My son has been missing his dogs being away at school so having Baxter, Finley & Motley stop by daily to check on us was a welcome treat. Will definitely be checking on availability to come back over next time we are back in town! Thank you for hosting me!

My wife and I stayed at “Cozy & Cute” AirBnB for a month through and had a FANTASTIC stay! The places is exactly what we needed for our stay while we completed the purchase of our home. Our host Kourtney was exceptionally responsive and extremely easy to work with! From her previous experience with people building/buying homes, she blocked off the week after our planned stay just “in case” things ran over – and sure enough – things ran over! So being able to stay in the home for a few more days was a great bonus! The property itself is great – 2bed/2bath – with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, patio (with gas grill), multiple fully hooked-up TVs, etc… Everything worked as expected and was plenty to cover our needs for cooking, storage and living! We were able to have our dogs with us and there was plenty of room outside for our pups to do their business! Living room furniture was comfortable and beds were VERY comfy for sleeping! Overall, I highly recommend this property!

The cottage was so cute! My daughter and I enjoyed our quick weekend trip to Arkansas. The hosts were sweet enough to let us check in a couple hours in advance. Stephanie even met us at the cottage to make sure we got in ok and to show us how to work the heater. They made sure it was warm for us when we got there! Cottage was comfy, clean, and just like the pictures!
