Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Oconee

This is our 2nd stay @Sheffield Shores and it did not disappoint! The house fits our family and it is well-appointed! We cooked meals, hung out, and enjoyed the fire pit. We are hoping to book a few days in the summer so we can enjoy boating and the lake!

Everything was great. Secluded but close to town. Would highly recommend staying here. And hope to stay here the next time I’m working in the area

We could not have asked for a better house to stay at while visiting Milledgeville! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, warm, and has elements for everyone. Whether you want to go on a little walk around the lake on the property, play games in the basement, watch a movie in the family room, or enjoy the sunset on the porch, this house had it all! What we really loved was that the house provided the feeling of seclusion while being so close to town. It was such an easy drive to get to all the activities happening in downtown Milledgeville while also allowing us to feel like we could disconnect and recharge. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to check-in and check-out easily. If anyone is looking for the perfect house to visit Milledgeville, this is the one. Next time we come to Milledgeville we will definitely stay here again!

We rented the home for Thanksgiving, since my husband passed 3 years ago we do a destination Thanksgiving myself and my 2 boys. This year we had a friend and her girls tag along. When you first walk in the home feels like it was just built, absolutely gorgeous, well furnished and the lighting just amazing. The kids were very excited with their "own space" in the large upstairs quarters, while the adults had privacy in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. The lake was just calming and we enjoyed just sitting having coffee on the deck and taking in natures beauty! All accessories needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal as well as the other meals during our stay. I would definitely recommend the lake house for peaceful serene getaway!!! I definitely will book again :) Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Such a cute cottage and an easy walk to the square. We were very comfortable at the cozy Lotus cottage! Being greeted with dog treats and a delicious pastry from the wonderful bakery on the square, Patisserie, was much appreciated. We enjoyed our weekend strolling around looking at the beautiful historic homes, shopping, and eating and drinking at the variety of restaurants and coffee shops Madison has to offer.

Very clean and decorated well. We will visit again in the future.

Ginny’s place was perfect for a short Vale time weekend trip. Cuscowilla is a great community with a good restaurant on site. Very clean 1br suite with all we needed. The golf course is awesome but requires you play with a member.

Had an amazing time with my kiddo at this place. Kristen and Cody are so friendly. My kid (and I) loved playing outside and petting the animals. The place is far enough away from town to be in nature with a few parks around it, but close enough to go grab food or something conveniently. They had Christmas decorations, kids toys, chocolates, all kinda stuff for us there, I swear my kid did like 10 puzzles lol

So enjoyable and perfect for our weekend away to visit our son at GCSU!

This Airbnb was a true haven of peace and relaxation. I immediately felt at home thanks to the wonderful host. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

We have stayed in these buildings before but have never stayed in one with such a great view! The place was cleaner than any we have stayed in too. Very easy to communicate with. We would certainly be back! Thank you for having us! The only downside was the cushions outside need to be replaced so it wasn't as comfy spending the afternoon on the porch as we hoped but it was a terrific spot! Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo with views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable get away!

We are so happy we found this location when looking for a place to stay close to Milledgeville and close to part of our family that was renting a big house about 7 minutes away. It worked out perfectly for us - close to family, right on the lake. Plenty of quiet space for our daughter to keep up on school work and fabulous wi-fi. We highly recommend Coops Landing for breakfast! Tasty, staff is so friendly and it is close by!

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.
