Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Norman

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

We had a great stay at Fayez's place! The apartment was super spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. It was in the best location for our weekend plans (1 mile from BoA stadium!), and so close to lots of other great areas in Charlotte. Fayez was welcoming, friendly, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Charlotte!

Great place nice and clean

This house was immaculate. The home had everything we needed, including coffee that was ready to go from the host. We really appreciated this detail, it made us so relieved to know we didn’t have to go out searching first thing in the morning. Host let us check in an hour early, which was so kind after a 9 hr drive. Very responsive host as well We had a total of 6 adults in the house. Everyone complimented the details everywhere. Labeled everything, all instructions were clear and we had everything we needed in each space of the home. And the outside gazebo?!?! It was so lovely out there to sit, watch some tv, have a meal with the family. And the grill was a bonus for us as well. We were there to attend a wedding at the Separk Mansion. It was a 5 minute drive, or a 15 minute walk. These Floridians didn’t even attempt that as it was January. Our family that had the wedding lives in Mount Holly/ Belmont area. It was a quick 20 min drive to them. Hope it’s available the next time

Great home and close to so much in Charlotte!

Was here for work with a large group everything was amazing very close to shopping centers.

Great spot that worked well for our group going to a local conference. The house has been fully updated and the host is very responsive

My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

It was a very clean house in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for us. Very close to downtown, restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay there again if available.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

Great place and very cozy!

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a great place to rest, work and hang out. We loved the neighborhood Plaza Midwood has a lot to offer it is historical and easy access to downtown Charlotte.

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Chad’s place was great! Chad was very good about check in instructions and the place was clean upon check in. The area was very walkable as we were able to walk for coffee and dinner for two days we were there. Would stay here again.

The condo was just as described. The area has lots of restaurants & things to do. The host was very tentative and provided all the information needed. We would definitely stay here again.
