Very clean, comfortable, convenient location. We very much enjoyed our stay and the accommodations!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jan and Charlie’s place. Their communication was great. The pool house was immaculate and had plenty of thoughtful touches. The cookies were delicious! We especially enjoyed the family history on the walls. Highly recommend a stay here.

Andrea’s place was perfect to explore Charlotte! It’s in close proximity to so many neat areas. The studio was well equipped, provided more than the basics or essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. It was so cozy!

We had a lovely stay! We loved kayaking, swimming in the warm lake, and taking in the 270 degree lake views on the beautiful shaded dock. Frankie and Gordon were available, when needed, to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. They live on the other side of the property (in a separate building) so it feels as if you have the place to yourself. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us.

The place was beautiful, well kept, and had a wonderful functional kitchen. It was so close to venues, restaurants, and all the things we wanted to see, yet simultaneously was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to people looking for a bnb in Charlotte!

Highly recommend! It was private, peaceful, and the bed was SO great! The pool was beautiful, we did not get to enjoy it due to the weather — which we are so sad about! Next time :) We brought our babies with us and Jim made sure to have a gate at the top of the stairs and brought up a high chair and booster seat for them! We will be back!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of our stay. It felt like we were at a resort. Beautiful views and the snow made it even better! The hosts were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect! I look forward to our next visit!

Michael was a great host. He was responsive, professional and attentive. Loved the space (very cozy) and I loved that I could park my car so close to the house as I’m very protective of my car. The space was very clean too and the area was quiet and beautiful.

Walking into the guesthouse was like walking into a spa. It smelled so good, everything was super clean and there was peaceful spa type music playing from the tv. The bed was comfortable and the linens were very fresh feeling. The location was private but also close to everything and convenient. There are chickens for the animal lovers and Laura even left some treats for us to feed them. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!!

This was a great place to stay with our two dogs. Very cozy and a great garage conversion. We loved the front porch, and having it enclosed, our dogs did too.

The lake house is so peaceful and has everything you need. Marsha was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Anna’s place felt like a warm hug! A spacious rental with comfortable beds and a clean restroom. We love the personal touches around the property and had a nice private experience with our two dogs. There’s some traffic in the local area but otherwise takes about 30 minutes to get in town. Would definitely stay again!

The airbnb was warm, cozy, and intimate; it was very clean, and Maria had chosen its furnishings thoughtfully. She communicated information helpfully, but she also respected my need for privacy. Down the (many) stairs, there was a wonderful back yard with chairs and a table, tall trees and lots of birdsongs. My birthday happened to be when I was there, and when I got back that day, I found a dozen roses at the door! Her husband was also available to help me with a car issue that persisted for several days. In addition to the comfortable lodging, I also appreciated these personal touches and kindnesses. It made a difference.

The place is a bit smaller than the pictures give off but very clean and organized. Couches are comfy. No complaints

I stayed one night at Peggy’s place during a business trip to Salisbury and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very quiet — I got a great night’s sleep thanks to the dark, peaceful bedroom. Peggy and Brandon were on the property when I arrived and were super friendly. I was also able to bring my dog, and Peggy was kind enough to allow a late checkout for a small fee so I could leave her in the apartment during my meeting. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

This was a staycation for me. Host was so gracious. Did not feel like I was in a guest house above the garage because of the privacy. Julianna was also flexible with me when I needed it. Will stay here again.

My husband and I have a daughter that lives in Charlotte. We would definitely stay here again. So much better than a hotel. Plus, Plaza Midwood is a gem of a neighborhood.
