Beautiful house with beautiful views. Accommodates big groups.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was in Le Baie The Residences, up on a hill with gorgeous views of the harbor from the balcony and the community pool. The location is great - a short walk to town but far enough that it's peaceful. You can tell this complex was built as luxury accommodations, but all the other apartment owners were gone during our stay, so we mostly had the place mostly to ourselves. The driveway is steep, so you can't be afraid of a big incline (via car or walk), but it's worth it for the views and privacy.

Paul’s place was gorgeous and peaceful. Comfortable couches and beds made our family getaway especially relaxing. The view was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this property.

We spend 8 nights here. House had everything you needed, very clean, beds comfortable. Has everything you need. We met up with my son and his wife and the baby who life in Nicaragua. We had a great private visit. Played golf, played everyday pickleball, drove around in golf cart ( a must to rent) sunset hat the beach etc. We enjoyed the pool as well and restaurant is so close Food at “the salty koala” was amazing. We ate at a few different restaurant and food was always pretty good. A little price but the location and atmosphere made up for it . Everything you need in one community. If you want to cook bring groceries along. We will be back in Feb.2025

This place is amazing! Great location, Hacienda Iguana is incredible. Great condo with a view that cannot be beat. Jacq, the local host was amazing. Very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!

This place is amazing!! The hosts were very helpful pro active in their communication. I loved the place and the house and when I arrived fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden were awaiting me. There hosts were not there themselves but the care taker of the house was super nice and helpful as well! Also the people in the village were so kind. The place is totally as nice as the photos show which is often not the case with accomodations. Good to know. It is only a 30 min walk two the two nearest beaches! Unfortunately I had mostly pooring rain while there do a reason to cone back in the dry season :). Thank you Paula and Nadim!

We had a great stay at Casa Buenavista. The house was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Grethel and Carlos were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and taking in the beautiful view.

Our recent Christmas week at Rancho Majagual was truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever experienced. We returned to our family trip tradition of being “present” in each other’s lives vs. presents for the holiday. Nicaragua was a first for us and our family of 7 with 2 children, ages 8 and 6. What an amazing week it was! Our host, Alam, oversaw a full, attentive staff and was an incredible asset in coordinating every detail. A birthday celebration with a 4 piece band started our week of celebration of amazing sunsets, bonfires, surfing lessons, catamaran sailing on Christmas Day, monkey sightings, lazy pool and hammock days, beach walks, kayaking and Christmas Eve Mass in town. The chefs prepared very delicious meals working around a food allergy and our bartender was most accommodating! Rancho Majagual was pure relaxation and very memorable. No matter if you are renting the main house or the bungalows, you will be treated to a magical and serene escape! Book it and go!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. This is a perfect location and view to enjoy Rancho Santana. Steps to pool, clubhouse with an oceanfront view. Tom was very responsive and was a great host. My family had a blast and will return! RS is a really nice spot to visit. Surfing, fishing, horseback riding, absolutely peaceful and pristine with so much to do. Cheers!
