We absolutely loved our stay at Julie’s place, very charming old house in a private yet very central location. The views are incredible and the place was cozy and well equipped. Highly recommended

Wonderful spot to chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle. Next time we will bring our laptop to access streaming (netflix etc) as it is not possible to access streaming on the smart TV and sadly the DVD player is rendered useless without a remote control. Otherwise a great Airbnb to relax and enjoy the Hunter.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Amy’s place was amazing and exactly as described. It was so clean we thought it had just been renovated, not a spot anywhere. Everything was well kept in cupboards, the beds were made really well and rooms really tidy. The living areas were well presented and the bathrooms looked and smelled clean with fresh towels on the beds. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything you could need. It’s in a great location only 10 minute drive from Newcastle, the beaches and restaurants and the residential area is very quiet at night. Amy is also very responsive and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We will definitely return if we are visiting Newcastle again in the future.

The house was beautiful and very accommodating for our family. Jeff and Ilana are great hosts and vey quick to respond to requests and questions, access and directions to the house was clearly explained, and the house itself was exactly what is described in the profile. The location is so peaceful and picturesque, the place was clean and a lot of basic pantry needs provided. We especially loved the outdoor area. The day bed on the back deck, kayaks, fishing off the jetty and enjoying a fire by the river at night were definitely stand out elements of this property.

From the moment we walked in to the house, we felt right at home. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Lovely space for people and pups.

I had a wonderful stay at this serene and picturesque property. The tranquil atmosphere and stunning views made it a perfect getaway. One of my favorite experiences was collecting fresh eggs in the morning to cook breakfast – such a unique touch! I would recommend bringing or locating mosquito repellent right away, as the lush greenery around the house attracts quite a few mosquitoes. The host does provide mosquito repellent, but it’s stored in the cabinet, so it’s worth checking for it as soon as you arrive. The highlight of my stay was the kindness of the neighbors. I borrowed a pair of boots to walk down to the river, and a lovely woman next door went out of her way to find the right size for me. Although I didn’t catch her name, I deeply appreciated her helpfulness. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would love to return. Thank you for sharing this lovely property!

Gorgeous and luxurious property in a wonderful location. Beautiful view and breeze from the balcony. Lovely small touches by the host to make it extra comfortable and relaxing. The plunge pool was a wonderful bonus!

We booked here only a few days out from our wedding, having had our previous accom cancel on us last minute! From the moment we booked Liz was so helpful and communicative, and made sure our stay went so smoothly, with thoughtful touches which made our wedding weekend even more special. The home itself is absolutely stunning! Gorgeous view, beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean, with detailed instructions on everything in the home which made our stay so easy. Would love to return!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Anna’s place! The apartment was spacious and clean, and in a great location close to beaches, bush walking trails and shops. We especially loved the balcony and living room spaces - they were comfortable and allowed us to take in the wonderful surrounds of Kincumber. Thanks Anna!

Ed and Kerry’s Bouddi Bungalow was the perfect hamlet for a weekend relaxing. The unit is beautifully presented and spotless. It has a fully equipped kitchen if you are so inclined, however there are fab restaurants a stone’s throw away. Or grab a pizza and watch the sunset over Brisbane Waters before the short stroll back to the unit. It’s a quiet retreat, with the only noise being the local kookaburras and lorikeets greeting you good morning. The listing does specify there is no air con, and it can get a little warm however there are plenty of Dyson fans and a lovely verandah to sit on, did I mention it’s right by the water..?! Ed and Kerry were super responsive and provide loads of info on the area too. I would recommend this listing, and I would stay again.

Our stay was with our adult children and grandchild and there were 3 different living areas as well as an enormous balcony so enough space for different activities at the same time. So convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. We parked the cars until we left. Great to see the home and garage as described (easily fitted 2 large cars). The lift from the garage was not working but Lane had advised they were waiting on parts so we just used the stairs without a problem. There is also a private lift down to the front of the building and this is the way we left and entered most times. Would be more than happy to stay again.

This is a great place that would suit a lot of people. There were 6 of us staying and the apartment was spacious and we appreciated the considerate inclusions such as beach towels and pantry items. Walked to a local restaurant for dinner and because Amanda generously let us check out a bit later, we walked to Nobby’s beach for a swim before the drive back to Sydney.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building offers excellent amenities, including the pool and the gym, making the experience even better. The host was incredibly kind, always available, and quick to respond to any questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely book again.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Bryan’s villa, we get to enjoy the sunbath each day at the private beach, the water is extremely clear and beautiful. Water taxi just one call away very convenient if we need groceries. The villa is clean with all basic supplies we needed. We had an amazing chillax stay to cleanse our year end stress. Bryan is very responsive and had kindly provided very detailed information to help our check in and stay much smoother, a lot less stressful!

Lily’s place was beautiful! The house is spacious and surrounded by a large grassy area, creating a peaceful setting. It had the perfect number of rooms to comfortably accommodate my large group with 2 beds in each. Special thanks also for allowing us to bring two of our dogs. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of utensils for everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience! 🌸

Very clean, spacious and tidy home. Perfect spot for a large group to getaway/attend functions or concerts. Took advantage of the pool close by and enjoyed the serenity. Awesome place and great communication from Charlie 😊

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

The most amazing space, so close to the beach, honestly had the most amazing time, would recommend to anyone! So lovely for bigger groups as such an amazing house, 10/10

Absolutely gorgeous location and the house makes you feel at home. Wake up to surrounding hills, kangaroos grazing, balloons flying overhead and all surrounded by vineyards. Superb.

The photos are extremely accurate, lovely two bedroom villa. We had a very relaxing time here, plenty of books and a few games to choose from to keep ourselves entertained as well. Aircon and fans in the bedrooms and living rooms. A well appointed villa in a lovely part of the world
