Aparthotel Krone is in a very good & quiet location. The unit we got was, as expected, quite small, but the layout was well thought of. Everything was clean; other than the lingering odor of cooked food left by the previous tenant/s. We left Interlaken with very fond memories!

Great space with amazing views. Sauna was a bonus! James was a great host who responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.

We cannot recommend staying here enough! The views are INCREDIBLE and the location is perfect- central, walkable to lots of restaurants/shopping, and so close to a train station. Therese was friendly, proactive, and helpful. The space is perfect for cooking and relaxing in, too.

This was the perfect place to stay for our month long visit in Interlaken. The apartment was perfect and in such a beautiful area with only a very short stroll to the Main Street. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and the washer and dryer was so handy to have. Tim and Kat were so informative with all the local recommendations and advising what was closing when etc due to it being seasons end so we could plan our days out without missing anything. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Vanessa’s place was perfect! Super clean and cozy. The check in process was perfect and her team was so kind with directing me to the location. Not a negative by any means but a heads up - the balcony seems to be shared so it felt uncomfortable opening the blinds when the neighbours were outside - something I am not accustomed to. The train can be heard at times but not super loud by any means. Overall would highly recommend spending your time in Zurich at Vanessa’s place. It definitely felt a home away from home. 💕

We loved our stay at Jen’s place on our first trip to Switzerland. We were able to easily navigate the train stations throughout the region to see as much as possible. Train trips can be pricey so if you plan to visit up into the mountains research the different passes available to make train travel more affordable. We planned out our days to match up with the hourly train. We found this easy and barely wasted any time. The accommodation was beyond comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after busy winter travel days. Our favorite time spent on site was when we took a cold plunge in the lake. This would be a perfect place to stay for a small family with kids that is renting or driving a car. It was perfect for us as a young group of 3 without a vehicle. We hope to return in the future!

A Stunning Stay by Lake Lucerne! This place in Vitznau is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne, especially from the balcony—it was like having a front-row seat to nature’s masterpiece. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, including a well-stocked kitchen, essential supplies, and so many other little touches that made our stay feel effortless and cozy. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Vitznau station, where you can hop on a boat or a train to explore Mt. Rigi or the surrounding areas. It’s the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that’s still well-connected. The house and property deserve a rating higher than 5!! The house was right on the lake with a grassy lawn and an easy-to-access boat dock. A rubber boat with oars and life jackets was provided. Outdoor tables and chairs were provided. The architecture of the house was contemporary and very pleasing. Everything was well stocked - plenty of eating utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies. The views of the lake and mountains were incredible! We loved our two-weeks there!

We really appreciated this large home for our family of 8. The kids loved the hot tub, darts, outdoor toys, game cupboard, little kitchen and toys and bunk beds. We appreciated the car port and the washing machine. The clothes dryer didn’t really dry our clothes all the way even after several hours and so we needed to hang dry after that and so just plan your laundry timing around that. We loved that the Coop was a block away and we loved the restaurant 6 min away called Wirtschaft Zur Schlacht. We were able to get into Lucerne in about 15-20 min and loved the lake next to us. We appreciated all the recommendations from the host too. They didn’t leave extra supplies and so make sure to pick up some TP and paper towels if you are staying for more than a few days. The beds were fair, not super amazing but okay. We loved the master bathroom and the water pressure and cool TV that comes out of the ceiling. Thank you letting us rent your home! This house has everything, very well maintained, clean, up to date, comfortable beds, and very well decorated. The location cannot be beat. Walk out your door and the Irish pub is next door. A grocery type store is within steps away - shops of all kinds right there too. Can walk to anything you need. And the best part, the host. Yannick was amazing, reached out on our day of arrival, sent us local recommendations, and made sure we had anything we needed. Highly recommend this outstanding place. We would definitely stay again.

This was the most beautiful stay I’ve ever had. It was quaint and adorable. If I could stay forever I would. It was nice to be surrounded by farm animals, Eva was a perfect host. She was responsive and friendly. I definitely want to book her next year!

We had two great weeks at "Trückli". The location is ingenious, very quiet with beautiful views over the lake, only 30m to the water entry and with many opportunities for hiking and biking. Corina is a likeable and very attentive host and is very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Amazing house in the middle of a beautiful valley next to a lake! Breathtaking views everywhere you look. Close to all the attractions in the area but this spot provides a more authentic Swiss experience. In fact, one night the hosts, who were extremely helpful and available, served us a delicious locally sourced raclette meal with local wine! The house itself is very nice and spacious and had everything one could ask for from a bnb. Very comfy beds too. Basically a perfect bnb. A+

Very spacious apartment overlooking the lake. The lake is less than 5 minutes walking distance, but swimming is not allowed in this place, e.g. picnic is possible. Further on, you can swim in the lake, about a 10-minute walk away. Kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms good. All supplies are provided. Stairs to the front door. Passing trains audible, but that applies to all the properties by the lake as the track runs along the lake. Good communication with the host. Conclusion: great accommodation and subject to repetition!

I would strongly recommend this place. Right from the start, Earta was super helpful. I changed my check-in time, Earta cooperated and helped me out. The house was supremely clean, the location peaceful (you can hear birds chirping and a stream flowing in the front), the bathrooms and were spotless, the kitchen was handy and Earta even left welcome goodies for us! The Zürich city is easily reachable and we planned trips to Lucerne, Interlaken etc. for which this location was convenient. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in Zurich, and Earta was a fantastic host!

Absolutely stunning location, the photos can’t accurately reflect just how beautiful the view is. The compact apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and it was cosy and warm inside. The shower is also amazing - perfect after a day spent exploring during winter. The welcome box and pantry essentials provided was very appreciated, as was the easy check in and very responsive communication. The walk from the apartment back to the train station is short but very steep - gives you a really good workout! Spiez itself is very quiet, not much happening in the winter, but very well connected to Interlaken and the Jungfrau region. Staying out of the busy tourist spots actually suited us, as they were easy enough to get to. Overall loved our stay.

Our stay in this beautiful house with our two teenage boys was a dream come true .. it had everything we needed and more! Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The view from the living room was something else and the living space was perfect! Nice balcony to go out onto for some fresh air , Lovely and cosy on the evenings after a long day too with extra fleece blankets in the basket in the living room . The tv had all the apps on to watch we just logged in to our own account , Netflix/Amazon/youtube etc, or you can just watch normal tv. Overall our time here was amazing we hired a car to get around and parked it on the driveway at the house .. Lovely and friendly owners would definitely recommend this place !

Amazing location, access to lake on site was a revelation, a cold dip followed by the sauna was the ideal way to invigorate after a day of hiking. Rita is very responsive and really wants you to enjoy every moment of your stay with great recommendations for food and activities. 100/10 will try and stay here again the next time we’re in Switzerland! Also, surprise cats were an amazing bonus!

This is one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed. Tamara is incredibly sweet and the house was very very beautiful. She was kind, responsive and the house was clean, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful place. We felt someone is there below to take care of us. We felt like home. Would 200% recommend this place.
