We stayed here for a Thanksgiving family gathering at my in-laws house, which was about 15 minutes away. It was also 5 minutes from any store or restaurant you might need! We had such a wonderful stay!! We brought my two stepsons, and one of the sons brought his fiance. We brought our two Brittany Spaniels. This place was amazing! All of us felt so comfortable, happy and at home! We felt safe having our dogs in the fenced in yard. Belle’s hospitality is evident in every detail from the well supplied kitchen to all of the beautiful decor. We felt so cozy and comfortable with the double power reclining couch, all the soft fluffy throw blankets and comfortable bedding and towels. Belle was very responsive to any questions we had. The lake view from the cozy backyard is peaceful and beautiful. Everything was super clean and smelled good! We loved everything about her place and hope to book again for next year!

This home looks just as good if not better in person. You will not be disappointed. The beds were ridiculously soft and everything was super clean! Best stay I’ve had in Florida.

I had a wonderful stay at Rubia's place! The home was clean, cozy, and well-decorated. Rubia was a fantastic host—friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. I highly recommend staying herw!

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
