The cabin was so cozy and exactly as described and presented in the photos! Charles was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay here again, beautiful lake home!

great place for a nice getaway

We loved this cottage and being close to the peaceful lake. It was so well made and great design. Every space was comfortable and well thought out. Comfy beds. Beautiful views of the lake out all the windows and lovely sunsets. We grabbed meats from the butcher in town and grilled and also ate in town one evening. This one's a winner!

This cabin was absolutely perfect to be close to family but also enjoy some cozy peace during Thanksgiving. It was clean and comfortable and I can’t say enough about Charlie, Rachael and Jacob as hosts! They sent lots of clear and comprehensive information and were able to help us find things in the local area. We had an issue with plumbing and it was resolved quickly even though it was a holiday (thank you!) The mist coming off the lake in the morning and watching the trumpeter swans was such a delight. We had family come to chill and play games a couple of evenings which was a blast. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A group of 5 gals loved spending the weekend at this family-friendly beach house. Sunsets were gorgeous off their dock. This host has literally thought of and anticipated anything guests may need. We enjoyed this so much.

Where do I start but wow! We are from NC and our goal is to step foot in all 50 states. The home was all you could imagine for a full Minnesota vibe. The gorgeous lake view from the living area was everything. I planned the trip praying for snow as us sousoutherns never see any. We woke up Thanksgiving morning to a magical dusting all around and a frozen lake. The beds where so comfty, tons of extra blankets and pillows. All the supplies needed to make our home away from home splendid. My husband and I even took one evening to enjoy the hot tub while it was 9 degrees outside. This is by far the best AirBnB we have every stayed in and we have stayed in many. This was also the first AirBnB we stayed in that specified "no chores before leaving". That is so thoughtful to me and considering we have a 21 hour drive home it was even more incredible. I promise there will be no regrets choosing this home. Go ahead and book it now before you miss the best opportunity!

Cheryl and Crystal were great hosts! The lake home felt like home and things were easy to find due to the good organization. It was great for family of 4, kids are 2 and 4! They had so many toys and options for the kids! We felt right at home. We used the canoe and blow up paddleboard. We loved the lake and view! Bugs were bad at night so don’t forget spray! Cheryl had everything anyone could need! The lake itself was gorgeous and quiet. I communicated often with Cheryl and crystal for recommendations throughout the stay and they were lovely to communicate with! They made us feel like welcomed!

Katie’s place was a great little cabin for a get away. My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend away at the cabin!

Everything was immaculately clean, and the decor had that perfect balance of cozy and modern, making us feel right at home. A lovely bonus was the incredible coffee served there from a fantastic local roastery. We’re big coffee people, and it truly made our mornings that much better! This place was a lovely retreat from regular life. The house was comfortable and pleasantly decorated, and the setting was beautiful. Sitting on the dock watching the sun rise over the lake with a cup of coffee got my days off to a great start. There were several excellent options for private work space, and a TV in every bedroom (with a bonus TV in the main living space). The kitchen was comfortable, and the recreational equipment was all in good working order. It was chilly while we were there in early October, but we were able to use the provided kayaks and enjoyed ourselves on a sunny afternoon. 10 of 10, would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful little cottage, perfect for our family of three! Great fishing and less than an hour from the Twin Cities. The cabin was clean and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This place was great! The location was perfect, not too far from the cities, it's right on the lake, and you have everything you need. The one thing we weren't expecting was a strong odor throughout the house. Not sure if it's from previous pets (cats?) but there was a smell, and it's stronger downstairs. Aside from that, everything was great!

We selected this home primarily to be close to relatives for the Thanksgiving holiday, and for view of the lake since we were mostly inside during cold temperatures—and wow, what a view it was! The interior of the home was quite comfortable for our family of 4 adults, and there was ample space for our two vehicles in the driveway. Of note, it was a little tricky to find in the dark as the property sat back closer to the lake, and it was hard to see. There was no lighting along the path leading up to the front door, so we had to be mindful of our steps with lots of luggage. This obviously wouldn’t be an issue during summer months with longer light. The beds were very comfy with soft linens and made for good sleeping! The kitchen was easy to prepare and cook meals, but had limited kitchen items, e.g., mixing/serving bowls/casserole/bake pans! Not a deal breaker, but it was holidays after all! Our host was consistently prompt with responses and was kind! Awesome place! Thank you!
