Nice quiet relaxing getaway near the beach. Walkable distance to Port Kembla Beach, where it isn’t too busy if you walk along the coast, away from the main pool area. The BNB had a pool that lights up at night and a sauna that helps you relax your stressed body. The blinds of the main entrance doesn’t close fully but there is no issue of privacy as it is all fenced around and the screendoor will shut completely if you lift it slightly up. The views were surprisingly good near the beach, if you walk towards the corner of Cowper st and Bardia parkway, there is small patch of grass that looks over the views of the coast .

James’ place was better than we expected. It was in the most amazing location where you could walk to a secluded beach with virtually no one on it. The house was so comfortable and the setting was magnificent. James had thought about everything with nice extra touches such as charging cables by the beds. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was really well equipped. We couldn’t fault it. We would definitely visit again.

The Cottage is located in a beautiful spot with amazing views and everything you could possibly need. This was our second time visiting and we hope to be back! It’s a quick drive to town and the heated pool was wonderful. The games court is great for families or you can just spend the whole time enjoying the view from the deck. Hannah is a helpful, responsive host and a pleasure to communicate with.

It was really lovely!! It was so cute and peaceful! We were provided with fresh bottles of water and a nice cheese platter along with champagne! Coffee, tea, towels, bathroom amenities, the air con was great. Everything was neat and tidy when we first walked in. It was worth it. Not only was it good inside, outside was lovely as well. The pool, swing set, fire pit, hanging chairs, it was beautiful. And the host was really sweet and understanding with everything, responds quick which was good. The only thing is there’s no freezer, so can’t freeze ice or ice cream- you just two beautiful mini fridges which hold a good amount. The pillows were a bit tough but nothing too bad. But yeah this is a lovely place, 10/10 for aesthetics and comfort

WOW!!! What a spectacular home!! We absolutely loved our stay. Town was only 2kms away but serenity of the property is unbeatable. We wish we booked another night to enjoy the pool more lol. Perfect location! So close to beach and the pool was amazing to have during the great summer days we got. Spent 2 weeks over Xmas and new years and was so peaceful and perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to shops as well so really was a wonderful getaway. Everything in the house was as described and nothing extra was needed. Communication and checkin process was smooth and so easy. Would definitely recommend!

This place was excellent 👌 we loved it. Very central to everything. The house was very well equipped and clean. Beds were super comfortable. The little plunge pool was excellent for the kids and really safe 👍 Host was excellent and responded quickly with any question or request. It's great for a family or friend group. Lots of off street parking and a big empty garage. We took our boat so it was a great space to store it safely. BBQ area as well used as it is right next to the pool. We will definitely re-book in the future. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Cheers Sharyn and Mick

What a gorgeous and luxe beach stay at Barrack Point. Within 5 mins, you are on the headland walk or diving in the ocean at Warilla Beach. The house is spacious yet cosy with a fabulous pool that was used daily and perfect for a quick dip. The house was immaculately clean and had every kitchen utensil you can think of, right down to birthday candles which was a thoughtful addition!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved this Airbnb
