Enjoyed as always. This was our second trip & we will return again.

I cannot praise this place and the host enough! The pictures were accurate and the place is beautiful and cozy and well decorated but not cluttered in any way. The hosts are the most responsive, attentive, and accommodating as I’ve ever experienced through Airbnb. My family and I held an intimate outdoor family gathering here and rented the day before the event as well and I had noticed that a few bulbs of the string lights were out and I called the number and was connected to their property manager who called their maintenance team and had Kyle, the friendliest and most helpful maintenance tech I’ve ever had pleasure of meeting, out the very next morning and he spent about 2 hours replacing bulbs by hand to make sure that the lighting for our gathering was perfect and I cannot thank him and our hosts enough for it! I would suggest this stay to anyone and I will!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and accommodated our party perfectly. It actually surpassed our expectations regarding amenities, and things to do on the property! We will definitely look to book this property again in the future. 5 stars all the way!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin on the lake. The home is peaceful and in a perfect location in Hot Springs....close to the national park, yet far away to be lost in nature. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home.

Absolutely AMAZING! We have had a challenging few years health wise and this place was just what we needed! It’s so well appointed and we loved the serenity and peaceful location. The interior was lovely and immaculate. The view simply unmatched. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the views. We’ll definitely be back soon!!!

Sharon’s place was excellent for us. We like quiet out of the way places and it was perfect. it accommodated out 2 small pets and was easy to get to and was not to far from places if we wanted to go grab something. Would definitely recommend.

This cabin was so perfect! The views were amazing right on the river. Our trip unfortunately got cut short due to bad weather. Colleen our host was so helpful and understanding, she refunded two of our nights because of the storms. She was so communicative with us throughout the entire process. We will definitely go back to this same cabin when the weather is better and enjoy downtown Hot Springs. I couldn’t be happier with Colleen, she handled everything perfectly!

We had fun at this very quiet, private house in a beautiful setting. Very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely go back.

Hard to beat this place if you’re staying in the area. Very nice and immaculately decorated inside and out. Driveways are very steep and gravel so might have some difficulty with a car. Highly recommend.

Our stay was cozy, peaceful, and very relaxing. Joel was very responsive to any questions or concerns and made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. I would recommend this cabin to others looking for a private retreat to enjoy the natural surroundings. We enjoyed our visit very much.

We felt right at home! The cabin was clean and cozy. It was about 20min from the touristy things which was perfect! Christopher gave great directions and instructions. We would definitely stay again!

The location is the main attraction. It is literally at the top of a small mountain with great overlook views from both the front and back of the house. The back yard features a sharp drop off, though, so young kids would need to be watched carefully. It is also only about 15 minutes into downtown Hot Springs. It should be noted that the nearest selection of restaurants is also about 15 minutes away, but the kitchen enables cooking your own meals. There is one other thing to know. The master shower is awesome looking, but there wasn't enough water pressure to power all the shower heads. Probably because the property is so high up. This is a great property, especially considering the price. We paid about the same as we would have to get a decent hotel room, and this place was awesome.

Such a cute place to stay! The hot tub was awesome! The decorations were so cute and well thought out.

A perfect weekend getaway with my boyfriend! Hot Springs is such a cute spot and the Airbnb was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, cozy, and secluded! Terri was an incredible host and will recommend/hopefully be back soon! 🤩

Blue Lotus Escape is absolutely AMAZING and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host is very kind & responsive. I will definitely be booking again when I’m back in the area.

Great place for our family long weekend—close to lots of things to see and do, kept my boys busy from sun up to sun down!

This beautiful Barndo in Royal, AR checked the boxes for my family of four. My two kids loved having the loft area mostly to themselves. The beds were so very comfortable and the view was heavenly to fall asleep and wake up to. The home was furnished beautifully with two large soaking tubs (that fit my husband who is 6’4” 250 lbs). Although we didn’t have the opportunity to use the Blackstone grill or to make a fire, everything was available to do so. This home is in a quiet and peaceful location within a rural neighborhood however, the neighbors are not particularly close so you definitely feel like you have plenty of privacy. It isn’t far from things you might enjoy such as restaurants, a great science museum, a botanical garden, and so much more. I would recommend this establishment to those who are seeking a quiet place to recharge and enjoy an incredible view but still be close to all the perks of town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very peaceful away from the busyness in town but close enough to drive in when wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place loved the peaceful atmosphere and the screened in porch made mornings and evenings epic.
