Our whole family spent the Spring break together here: Daughter, Son in Law, 2 grandkids. So it was great to have a large den and kitchen to share meals together as family. Behind the back porch and though the trees, you'll find a trail that leads to the lake. We walked to the lake after dinner, being April and we had the lake to ourselves. The game room gave us plenty to do in the afternoon. Shaver lake Pizza was good too.

The cabin was perfect for our large group.... lots of kids, It was fun for them to have their own not so little hangout on the 3rd floor. The surroundings are beautiful, and a great deck. The internet was speedy, and the climate control was easy to use. If you have someone in your party who has mobility issues I'd suggest a different cabin, the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It was a great trip and would definitely stay here again.

I had a great time staying at this cabin. It was the perfect size for two people. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Drawers and cabinets were labeled. The host was very informative and quick to respond. Instructions for check-in/out and using the amenities were simple and easy to follow. Shaver lake was only minutes away. There were stores and places to eat within walking distance. The noise level was as expected, but the host does provide amenities such as earplugs to help. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here.

The Inn at the General Store was a great place! Our family of 4 adults, 2 teenage boys, and a toddler was very comfortable. We had more than enough space to relax. Our trip included a visit to China Peak for snowboarding, it was an easy drive to China Peak. We planned to have a very low-key, restful weekend away as a family and the space provided the right atmosphere for us to do just that. We were already familiar with the town of Big Creek so we knew it would offer what we were looking for. For travelers looking for a more remote, quiet atmosphere this is a great choice. The kitchen had all of the essential tools for our cooking needs. The whole house was decorated so cute and all the spaces were used really well! The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and the amount of natural sunshine was wonderful in the living room. The town as a whole is delightful. Friendly community. Emil & Stephanie were great hosts and very communicative and responsive.

We had an incredible stay at this cabin. It is conveniently located near a few markets and restaurants, making it a great location to stroll around or do a short drive to the lake. The cabin comfortably fit 11 guests and included all the amenities we needed. Tara was also very responsive with her instructions and checked in to make sure we were all settled in. Overall, I highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway at Shaver Lake.

Great family cabin! Right across the street from the village(don't miss milkshakes at Hungry Hut, they are next level!). Cabin was spacious, plenty of seating for meals and relaxing and the fireplace made it so cozy. We had a wonderful time and the host Nicole was very helpful and responsive!

Bonnie was a great host and very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for my family of 6. It was cozy and peaceful. The patio was great for your morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening with a nice view. Would definitely book here again!
