There is a community pool and firepit. This townhome has recently been wonderfully updated with new tile flooring, quartz counter tops, paint and all new master bath. 2 Living areas for multiple families. Incredible area downstairs for kiddos to bunk. Great split plan for several families.

This was a very peaceful stay. The home was clean and elegantly decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with all utensils we needed for cooking, and essentials were stocked in the fridge and pantry. There's an HEB nearby to get everything else you may need. I would recommend you bring a bug zapper for when you spend time on the patio, and to combat the bugs that will inevitably come inside the home as you open and close the doors. The entire house in enclosed with a four foot fence, so my service dog could happily roam around without getting into trouble.

The house was beautiful! My family enjoyed the space. The patio is wonderful, the dock was fun for the kids to fish off and they loved the kayaks. The game room was also awesome! The only thing I was nervous about was the ramp leading down to the boatdock. It’s fine if you aren’t scared of heights but I definitely am. Still, it was a great trip. Thanks so much for having us!!
