Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Bolsena

We got to the place easily and the entry instructions were clear. The place is spacious, beautiful, clean and tidy. The yard is lovely and the view is spectacular. The hospitality is pampering and cozy. The hosts were quick to respond to our inquiries and were very helpful. We had a great time!

I spent New Year's Eve in the apartment with my group of friends. The house turned out to be a great choice, cleanliness and accuracy in every detail. In addition, the kindness of the owners and their availability were the two elements that deservedly add the praise to our stay. Don't forget the rich breakfast Raffaella prepared for us when Raffaella woke up! Thanks so much for everything!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Wow! I can’t even start to describe how lovely our time was here. Sara and Salvatore went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. I was initially nervous at staying at place away from the city but it was worth every second. Salvatore kindly picked us up from the train station in Orte and gave us amazing recommendations, all of which we took and thoroughly enjoyed! The house was beautiful and so relaxing, a perfect weekend away. All instructions were clear and helpful for navigating the house and the area around. The house was so cozy, it was hard to leaveSara also took care of arranging the taxi service for us on Sunday morning which was beyond helpful to us. I would stay at this place every weekend if I could! A must stay place if you wish for a getaway. I wish there was an option for 10 stars! Thank you Sara and Salvatore!!!

We only stayed 2 nights as a base for a baptism, but if we were to come back, I would definitely take it again. Quiet area, very nice and well-kept house, in the historic center and very close to the lakefront, Ambra is very helpful and kind.

We had the pleasure of staying at the house in Tiro and it was a great experience. The first night the gas tank ran out, not only did Giuseppe rush over to replace it, but he also gave us a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. What can we say? We think we couldn't have found a better host.

Maria Franca is a very good and helpful host, she provided us with excellent directions and suggestions on the spot. The house is very clean and matches the photos, the lake view is exceptional, we will definitely be back.

My husband Matteo, my two children and I stayed in Giulio's chalet from May 26 to 28, 2023 and we had a really great time. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, with a well-kept lawn, a stone's throw from the lake. For those traveling with children or teenagers, the place allows children to have fun and parents to relax, there is the possibility to use a very nice swimming pool and soccer goals (my children spent wonderful days between soccer, lake and swimming pool). It's a place for those who love silence and uncrowded spaces, at least now in May there were very few people. By car, you can easily visit the various towns and eat in delicious restaurants. Giulio is a considerate and kind host, we will certainly be back!

Beautiful place. Exquisite people and very helpful. Tranquility and confidentiality every hour of day. Wine tasting and products offered at the end of the year are very welcome. Highly recommended

Mariangela, myself, and our two children Luca and Davide, aged one and five, spent a pleasant week between Christmas and New Year's exploring the surroundings of Tuscia and staying in the Grandma's House. The house perfectly met our needs to have a large and well-equipped place to manage household chores for us and especially for the children. The description of the house is accurate; a hundred meters from the house is a supermarket equipped with everything you could need and, even closer, there is a baker who prepares excellent bread and delicious focaccia. For those of us who try to stay away from the chaos of big cities and look for quieter places, but still with the necessary amenities, the grandmother's house is certainly a good opportunity!

Spending summer here is a dream! Beautiful places, interesting condominium. Small old style apartment but with everything you need.

This is a magical and extremely romantic place. We stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was a wonderful long weekend. Ideal for couples but also for families since there are many meadows in the surroundings where you can picnic or play with children. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind, most likely we will be back in the future. Highly recommended

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

Everything starting from location, peacefulness, amenities etc - were just perfect. You do need a car to get arround. the house has all you might need, Andrea is very helpful host.

Diederik and Martine are very pleasant hosts! No question is too much for them and you will reply very quickly The cottage is located in a nature reserve where it is quiet and quiet. If you would like to visit cafes or bars in the evening, you have to take the car because there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. However, you can drive up the mountain a little higher and eat something good at La Baita di Montarale. The Italian operators are perfectly friendly. Recommended! In the house, all comforts are available: gas fire,dishwasher,fridge with freezer compartment, shower,bath,bedding,even soap and shampoo! Outside you can use the BBQ, the cozy seating area and not to forget the swimming pool. Someone comes by for maintenance on a weekly basis. Nature reserve so also quite a few animals and pebble animals (insects). Every day we spotted scorpions (which also showed up indoors), which was a bit of a scare at first, but in the end they get used to it...they are innocent and helpful. We enjoyed at least our holiday at Casa Lavanda!!
