We only stayed the night there but once arrived we wished we would stay longer ! the roms were very well renovated and well thought, the shower is huge and very neat. our kids were excited about the balconies! thank you very much for your hospitality !

The location is perfect—calm, within walkable distance from the lake and from the bigger towns nearby. The apartment is reasonable for the price, the bed is huge, everything is tidy, we liked the balcony even while it rained outside. Although this apartment comes with no kitchen, Monica gave all the utensils we needed, so we managed without eating out always. Overall, the location, the responsive and helpful host, and the clean, compact space make it a great choice for shorter stays.

It was great at Marie's, great in every way. The room is super modernly equipped and at the same time tasteful in the stone house with the wooden beams and sloping ceilings, with a wonderful bathroom, air conditioning (so we never got cold), balcony and also a bed for heavenly sleep. Marie kindly provided us with breakfast in the courtyard and always good tips. You should have been here!! :)

Wonderful guest house, Italian atmosphere, very beautiful and cozy place. the service is simply incredible, many thanks for the warm welcome and extremely delicious Italian breakfasts. The owners are very kind and hospitable people! A big thank you to the hostess of the house, Ivana, for her fresh pastries in the morning - it's incredible. Highly recommend!

If traveling to Slovenia this is a must stay place for all who want to enjoy nature, learn about the way of life, people, culture and history. Hosts are really nice people who value their guests and offer warm genuine hospitality. Villa Brdo with its gardens and castle, Alpine meadows and forests, Bled, Bohinj and historical Kranj with it reach history are all up to 30m away. More importantly this is a traditional Slovenian household that offers food from their garden, furniture and decor that reveal the spirit of people and very knowledgeable hosts who can inform about art culture economy and the way of life. It is a safe place for women solo travellers, lovely family & people who great one with open arms and smiles. I got far more than I expected out of this experience and thanks to my hosts could really visit neighbouring restaurants, attractions and pathways that often get missed by tourists. Barbara welcomed us super friendly. Breakfast was a 100/10 dog never had such delicious and fresh croissants. Unfortunately, the weather was not so sunny for the first few days and we could not go to the faaker lake but thanks to Peter, who created a guest card for us, we were able to go to the spa in Villach (including spa and sauna) for free for 2 hours and had discounts for every additional hour. splendid stay, guests of nature. the property is taken care of down to the smallest detail, but at the same time fits perfectly into the wonderful area in which it is located. you wake up with a full view of the greenery, you appreciate the scents and sounds of nature in the utmost comfort of a large, clean room equipped with every need, large shower and large private outdoor space. Giovanni's welcome was impeccable, warm but at the same time discreet, ready to respond to our needs. equally well cared for and excellent breakfast, with incredible views. I will absolutely recommend the accommodation, 5 stars.

The location is excellent for visiting many interesting places and is very close to Gorizia, which has all kinds of services. It is a pleasure to sleep listening to the crickets and to wake up to breakfast overlooking that wonderful garden. I recommend the jacuzzi, which is very relaxing after the daily excursions. The children loved it. We really felt pampered by Eduardo and Irina, information at all times and always willing to help. Comfortable beds, very spacious house and daily breakfast replenishment as well as cleaning. I can easily recommend this place.

I was on a bike tour with my son through Slovenia and actually came across this place right on the border by chance. A very nice house in the Italian country house style. Very warm hosts. Great room. And only the food: great breakfast and food for the onward journey in a quality and prepared with love. We didn't need anything else that day. Absolutely recommended!

Nice place in a rural location, high up against the mountain at 860 meter. Everything is still very new and spotless with plenty of self service amenities. I enjoyed my breakfast in the sunshine on the little balcony and the sound of the little stream. And if you're lucky you might even spot a small deer in the field. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive.

Super welcoming, friendly, helpful&considerate hosts, who made my stay all the more pleasant! The hostel is well layed out, with a fully equipped kitchen and many spaces to chill&relax, and it is kept very clean and tidy. The location is peaceful and close to many natural spots, a must for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet. What I particularly enjoyed: having breakfast, stretching out or reading a book by the river! Thanks again Ryan and Katja, I'll surely be back if I go on any more Slovenian adventures:)

It was very clean, Mateja was very kind and helpful. The apartment was in a great place, it was very quiet and very close to the lake. Everything is in walking distance.
