Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Biwa

Very easy to find the place with Junko’s instructions. It is close to Kinkaku-ji but you will need to take the bus for the rest of the touristic areas. The staff and Junko are very kind and helpful. The room is cozy, the bed quite comfortable and the kitchen in it is so convenient. The shared bathroom is clean and the schedule system worked well, there is always a second bathroom if needed. Overall a perfect place for a Kyoto trip!

It was really great to stay at Asaki-san’s place! Asaki-san is also very helpful in giving instructions. She responds quite quick enough. The accommodation itself is wonderful, very comfortable, and its location was convenient for our travelling with my friend.

This place is absolutely lovely, had a refrigerator which is amazing to store morning coffees (I love the 7/11 coffees) but also supplied tea and coffee with a kettle if needed. Natalie was so great for check in even though I ended up being super late because of trouble figuring out transport. There is a large hill to get up, but it's not too much of an issue as it's small. It's right near Hirakatashi station which has so many connections and the Keihan line which will get you everywhere. I had a few issues with the wifi in my room, but it was fine outside of my room so I just ended up working downstairs. Also had very easy checkout which was wonderful

Located in a quiet residential area of Hirakata, very relaxed and cozy place to stay. Very warm and comfortable room and very easy to find on foot Short walk to the konbini and the local station. Soo peaceful standing outside when it’s snowing. Thank you for hosting me and thank you for a lovely place to stay :)

Great place, It has all the amenities one might need in a quiet neighbourhood northeast of Kyoto. I’d recommend you look for rental Bikes so going around is even easier. Marie-sama was super responsive and helpful, thank you very much.

Lugar muy acogedor y limpio. A tan solo un minuto caminando del subway line, tiene todo lo básico necesario para estar cómodos, tiene lavadora y secadora (secadora solo acepta monedas de 100 yenes). Muy buena experiencia en general, si tuviera que ser quisquillosa y dejar una recomendación, sería poner colgadores para toallas fuera del shower room ya sea para las toallas de ducha o para la de manos. Muy recomendado.

Convenient 10 minute walk from Hirakata Station, only the last 10 meters is a steep hill but manageable. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with everything we needed. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. A special thanks for driving us to the station on checkout day due to bad weather—truly appreciated!

Thank you Wei for hosting us at your beautiful home. Wei's house is cosy, comfortable, clean and beautiful. We have plenty of space for a family of 4. Location is very close to Toji Station, Toji temple and walkable to Aeon shopping mall.

Ivy’s place was one of the best airbnb I have ever been to, the place is amazing and easy to find and I felt like right at home. Icy’s was really a super nice person as she came out of her way to get flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day. I really appreciate her accommodations and her time I would love to come again in the future and stay at her place for longer. Thank you

The place has lots of room for parties of 6. Very clean and comfortable beds. Short walk to a lawson and train station. Tei is a great host!

第一次到京都，为了体验千年古都的居民生活，选择了这家离京都站很近的民宿。只能说，入住体验太好了☺️！完全超出了预期！家人非常满意！简单总结一下几点：1. 位置优越。离京都站走路只要十来分钟，附近购物的商圈步行都可以到达。也可以坐公交车到各个景点，非常方便。难得的是闹中取静，房子特别安静。2. 房子干净雅致，生活设施一应俱全。住了六天，感觉就像自己的家一样舒适。3. 房东是一位优雅热情的女性，沟通很顺畅，会为我们提供生活上交通的指引。从房间的布置能感受到她对生活的热爱和品味。

Extraordinary place! Me and my family had planned to stay for just one night and after checking in we decided to stay to extend our stay. Hope to be back someday!
