Really amazing place with tons of amenities and great location. Will definitely stay here next time with a big group

This was an absolute dream for our family of 4. The house was comfortable and as described, with the comforts of home that are important for anyone traveling with kids or for an extended time (laundry and full kitchen!). It’s hard to describe the wonderful sleep you get with the ocean breezes blowing through the windows and doors. The nearby beach is pristine and the location really could not be better - it is quiet and private but there are many restaurants, a drugstore, a supermarket and a very nice 24 hour gym all within easy walking distance. There are a few homeless individuals sleeping on the sidewalks nearby but this is typical for Hawaii and all of them kept to themselves. We found some wonderful places to visit in Kihei - there is some great surfing and snorkeling nearby - and the Shoppes at Wailea are only an easy 10 minute drive away. Toni communicated quickly and clearly and was kind enough to get some brand new beach toys for our stay! Don’t hesitate, book this place.

Our family of 5 fit very comfortably. The master bedroom had such a beautiful view of the grounds and ocean. Loved that there were two balconies.

Amazing location right on the ocean. Could not ask for a better backdrop! Updated condo with everything you need. Very quiet and quaint condo community. Was happy to come support Lahaina!

It's right on the water, so watch turtles from your balcony and whale watch if it's the right time of year. Nice washer/dryer, well furnished with newer couch, comfortable beds and good showers. Everything in the kitchen needed. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels and children toys for beach available. Nice, furnished deck off living room and extra bedroom. Short walk to several places for coffee and food. We had a night time arrival, but at 4pm (HST), the door code and parking spot came up on their website after login and entry was no trouble. We didn't use the AC much, but it was nice it was available and very quiet. It's only a 15 minute walk to the tour boats in the harbor. The only cons are the area isn't good for long walks, except on the beach through Haycraft park and then walking down the beach and it's a 15 minute drive to any grocery store. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended.

This is our second stay at Vicki’s and will definitely be our go to place every time we visit Maui. The location is perfect for the kids, everything is well laid out, from the kitchen to the garage; all the snorkeling gears and chairs you need for comfortable day at the beach. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! There were 4 adults and 2 kids for our stay and we felt perfectly at home. The place had beautiful views (including whale watching), wonderful property and was exactly as described on the inside. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in for a few nights, including the grill. If we are ever back in Maui, we will 100% stay here again!

This place was absolutely stunning! The quick little walk to the beach was amazing. Place was beautiful and looked just like the photos! Had everything you need for a vacation and then some! Will definitely stay here again whenever we come back! This place is a MUST!!

The villa was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities described. The location is perfect with access to restaurants, beaches, and a wonderfully quiet neighborhood if you are looking to get away from the big hotels and busy beaches. We saw turtles and sea lions on the beaches right across the street. Whales were jumping in the water when we were watching the sunset our first night. We loved the back outdoor lanai and enjoyed a puzzle in the evening. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place! We look forward to coming back again in the future.

Great stay at Kahana Sunset in Maui! Recent reviewers noted a musty smell and a loud air conditioner, but we didn't experience either of those. The condo was clean and as-described. The grounds were immaculate and we appreciated being right on the ocean. The waves were mighty during our trip, so we were not able to swim in the cove, however other guests who have stayed at Kahana Sunset previously noted that they've not seen it so rough in past years. Regardless, it was beautiful and we enjoyed the views and the pool. The property is very family-friendly. Fantastic beaches are only a short drive away and the Napili market was also quite close, making it easy to pick up groceries. The condo came with 5 beach towels, small cooler, beach chair, and umbrella. Check-in was easy and smooth with excellent instructions and communication. We didn't have any problems, so cannot comment on host responsiveness. Great stay! Great place... hoping to come back again.

It was nice to feel like a home away from home. My family was very happy to stay here. The peaceful surroundings, the backyard privacy and easy access to ocean are a real plus.

We had an incredible vacation! My four sons said it was the best family trip we have ever had. The condo is in the perfect location for exploring all that Maui has to offer. We loved the beach at Napili. We can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend this place! So spacious for our family of six, less than a minute walk to the beach and so many cool spots to explore within minutes. Jason was a wonderful host. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Easy, comfortable and quiet. Short walk through the property to the pool and beach. Shops and dining were just a short walk away also. Would definitely stay again.

Absolute perfection!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo! The view from the living room window is incredible..especially the sunrise. The location is fantastic and is in such a beautiful part of Maui. Our local contact for the condo (Mary) was so nice and super helpful/responsive to any needs regarding the condo. Highly recommended this condo!

Very convenient location, especially if you’re headed to a wedding at the Pineapple Chapel like we were. Lots of extra towels were greatly appreciated and a great selection of kitchen appliances including an Instant pot! Miso Phat sushi is right next door, which I highly recommend. Times supermarket, Slappy Cakes, and great food trucks are 5-10mins away. Fast, kind and helpful communication from both Tom and Natalie made check in and out run smoothly. Be mindful of the front door as ants were hanging out/got into the kitchen if you left it open, which happens when you have a party of 4 going in and out.

Great place to stay, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. Bbq area and pool on grounds. Although the condo itself has a menial amount of road noise, the community is very calm and quiet. Enjoyable lanai. Condo looks to have been recently remodeled so is quite nice.

Very good condo, me and my mother enjoyed the ocean view, karl is very responsive and always checking if things were met on time. I will definitely book again and karl condo has really good view to ocean. Only think you need to drive 45 mins to airport and just make sure yoy take that into account

Wow! Trevor's place is very special - we didn't want to leave! It's in a wonderful community with easy assess to the wonderful town of Lahaina. Beautiful grounds and extremely well maintained. Short walk to the beach and pools plus you can see the sea from the upper floor lanai. Trevor is a great host too and sent us very useful information before we arrived. Check in was straightforward and the house was spotless with modern appliances and all we could need for a family of 4 on an island hopping holiday. The photographs on the AirBNB site don't do it justice and there's more info if you search 'Clever Trevor'. Book this and you won't regret it!!
